They sent a bad bouquet without packaging for a very high price, when 15 minutes after receiving delivery they tried to contact the florists and resolve the situation and I was ready to pay extra to bring the bouquet to mind, then instead of agreeing, their head began to call me, yell and prove that they are the best in Makeyevka and they do not have any bad reviews They are scary. With grief in half, this person managed to get 30% refund ( they took their bouquet), and after that they did not set foot there, although they used to constantly take bouquets for large checks.
But they don't know how to work with clients here, they're arrogant
