Spacious room, fast Wi-Fi, hot water intermittently, we stayed at the hotel for a week, for three days the water was no hotter than fresh milk, then something was fixed and hot water appeared. The room is not cleaned, towels are not changed, a sign was hung up several times asking to be cleaned, no one pays attention to it, then they came to the reception, asked, left the keys, and in the end they just took out the trash. Good breakfasts, convenient location. A rooster somewhere nearby who wakes up at 4 a.m. and the whole neighborhood with him is a separate song..

It's a little expensive for the quality of services provided.
There were no towels in the room!! Only one thing for my hands, when my husband went to the reception to ask for more, he was told that they no longer had towels! As for me, towels are the basis of any hotel! How should 2 people dry themselves alone??
They asked us to check in at the hotel, the receptionist immediately said it would cost $5 per person per night!!! To which I told him that check-in at hotels in the Republic of Uzbekistan should be free, but the receptionist repeated that this service is paid at their hotel!!! We stayed in other hotels after that, and they checked us in for free! The administrator of this hotel did not even register willingly for a fee, he said that he would be ready in no earlier than 15 minutes (in other hotels, registration was done with us in 1 minute).
The bed linen was obviously not new, everything was stained (although there was a notice in the room about a fine for spoiling the bedding), but apparently they were not going to buy new ones with this money.
In general, we needed the hotel only to spend the night, so it fulfilled its function.
The breakfast is good, with European cuisine, there is an outdoor pool with ice water on site (at the time of our check-in) and a table in the courtyard where you could spend the evening outdoors.

As soon as she arrived, she left an hour later.… Unfortunately, all rooms are not ready to accommodate new guests.…
- there is a room on the ground floor with a smell (unpleasant), I went in and out…
- there are problems with bed linen everywhere on the second floor, some are not made, some are DIRTY!!! The stain, the hair on the pastel linen, it feels like it's the norm here... it feels like they don't know about ironing the bed linen, even though there's a girl in the basement and there's an iron.
We waited half an hour for our bed linen to be changed, then we were offered other rooms, but in the end we did not check in there.
