We made a pre-order on 13.02 for 2 positions on 14.02. Upon arrival, it turned out that there was only 1 item in the order. I asked the cashier for the reason, to which she replied, saying call the call center and figure it out. (I don't understand why I should call if I had previously confirmed an order in which there were 2 items). Considering the fact that we are a regular customer of this institution, I offered to make a roll, which was not enough - now, I indicated that I was ready to wait about half an hour, to which the cashier replied that there were a lot of orders and they could not do it. After my request for a complaint book, the administrator, Diana, approached us, sorted out the situation and solved the problem! For which I express my gratitude to her. I understand that 02/14 is a holiday and there are a lot of orders ... everyone is tired, especially the end of the week... but I recommend that the cashier sort out the situation and solve the problem, rather than looking for the culprits!
We ordered for the first time, we were satisfied, the pick-up point is conveniently located, so we will continue to order.

I decided to visit this place for the first time because of its convenient location! On the way from my place of work to Art Sushi, my appetite was already rampant. The receptionist, instead of cleaning the table for the entire cafe, loudly decided to tell us off for not having time to clean up. Keep it up, well done! The whole group went to an establishment nearby. We decided not to come here anymore.
