This hotel has a homely atmosphere, everything is clean and beautiful. Beautiful flowers at the entrance, everything you need is in the room. The owner of the hotel, Said, is very hospitable, helped us check in at night and promptly solved the issue of an excursion to the waterfalls. Special thanks for that, we really liked it. We booked a room for two, but in fact there were changes and we had to take the child with us, for this we were not charged an additional fee. Thank you very much, it's a pleasure. The three of us are very comfortably accommodated, there is a comfortable sofa in the room for the child. In general, the location is very convenient and everything corresponds to the photo on the site. You can safely park the car at home. The price-quality ratio is optimal. We will recommend you and come to you again.

A very cozy and beautiful place in Sukhum, where a tired traveler can stay.
Thanks to Said and Saida for their care and the most friendly atmosphere.
The hotel is brand new, designed very thoughtfully and executed stylishly and with attention to detail.The interiors from the owner are a special pleasure!
The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable.
A nice courtyard with a summer kitchen and everything you need, from dishes to a hairdryer.
In October, the underfloor heating in the room is very relevant!
I definitely recommend it!

This is an amazing place! A corner of positivity, relaxation and friendliness 💕 the soul is just resting here.. The sea is 10 minutes away, the city is 15. The design of the courtyard and rooms is amazing, but this is understandable, the owner of the house is an artist 🎨 perfect cleanliness, birds are singing... We stayed in Art Sukhum together with my husband. A wonderful hotel. Many thanks to the owner. Amazingly hospitable people. Everything is very convenient. The room is clean. Everything is there. There is a terrace and a kitchen. The kitchen also has everything you need for a good rest. The city center is a 25-minute walk away. Galichny beach is 5 minutes away, and the sandy Mocha beach is 20 minutes away at a leisurely pace. We had a very good rest. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back!

The hotel has a good location. The beach is 5 minutes away, as well as grocery stores, pharmacy, canteen, restaurants, all within walking distance. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the central embankment.
And of course, I can't help but mention Said's hospitality!
I helped with all the questions that arose and offered my help, in general, I made myself feel at home!

We stayed with our spouse and child, everything is clean and tidy in the room. There is a double bed, a bed for a child, a wardrobe, a mini fridge. There are dental kits, soap, shampoo in the bathtub. There is also a kitchen outside, there is a microwave oven for sure)) but we went to the dining room for breakfast, which is 7-10 minutes away at a slow pace, and just there is a sandy beach right away) that's not for nothing Said said that all very friendly people))) everyone is trying to help, suggest, give something, and this is the first time people see you))) Abkhazia has conquered us not only with its views, but also with your hospitality)) we will definitely come back, and of course, we will stay with you)))

One of the most beautiful and unusual places in Sukhum. We are very glad that we stayed here and met very kind, helpful and hospitable hosts. Even by Moscow standards, the rooms are very cozy, clean, comfortable and incredibly beautiful. I will definitely recommend it to everyone!!!! 5 minutes walk to the sea (2 beaches).

The wonderful and unique design and the hospitable host are impressive. I recommend it as a place of rest and privacy. Nearby is the church of St. George the Victorious of the 11th century, restored in the 18th century . A comfortable beach and a restaurant overlooking the sea. Thank you Said. In the Art hotel you can buy paintings of subjects of the Abkhazian nature painted by Said.
