Pros: Pleasant polite Russian-speaking staff, can issue a SIM card, accept dollars and possibly other currency at the normal exchange rate.
Cons: Very tired renovation in the rooms, incredibly noisy ventilation in the bathroom. The air conditioner kept me awake all night, it was constantly crunching and some kind of plastic was falling out of it, just a nightmare. The bed linen is 10 years old, it seems, everything is washed over.
There are as many as 3 Wifi routers, but it is not actually possible to use them, do not even try. Considering that mobile communication catches in this hotel only at the window and that is very bad - prepare for the fact that you will be practically without communication in this hotel.
I would like to note separately that the staff raises the rating of the hotel using the standard method "put a five, and we will give you a free breakfast"
This place is suitable to roll the dice for one night if you really want to save money, but no more
Simple, clean, without frills. A good location between Mukimi and Shota Rustaveli, one and a half km to the Khovza metro station, but this is not the main thing. The hotel administration is absolutely wonderful people. I was stuck in the Chimgan mountains, I had to go to Bukhara in the morning. I have no local map, no internet in the mountains... I'm calling Higmatulla, the owner, to consult. "No question, dear! Rest, don't worry, I'll order and buy everything." Almost any of my questions were solved without problems. For the sake of such a relationship, I will only stay with them.
The staff is polite, the breakfast is a delicious buffet, the rooms are very clean. In a word, comfort! We hope that we will be guests of the Art Rakat very soon 😊
I rate it 2/10. The air conditioner is not working!!! There is no Wi-Fi. There are many disadvantages, the room was not clean. The worst thing is that there is no oxygen in the room!!! I would not recommend this place to my enemies)
A good level hotel in a quiet area for adequate money.
Breakfast is a buffet. It is somewhat strange that the food is cold even at the beginning of breakfast, and no one cares about it. There is a certain variety - you won't stay hungry anyway.
There is a wonderful cafe-pastry shop, bus stops, grocery stores 100 meters away, but there is nowhere to eat very close.
There are no metro stations nearby, but buses completely solve the issue of movement. Tashkent Train Station (main) is 10-12 minutes away by bus. Accordingly, the airport is also closer than from the center of Tashkent.
Of the disadvantages, thin room doors contribute to sufficient audibility, not all staff speaks Russian normally. And there was no corkscrew in the hotel... :)
The price/quality ratio is good.
A one-night hotel. The rooms seem to be clean, but not quite. The curtains are all stained and dirty. The carpet is also stained, it can be seen that it has been rubbed a lot of times, it is not pleasant to walk. The shower room is clean, the water pressure is good. The room was a junior suite.
Separately about breakfast. I do not advise it, it is not worth the money. Buffet from 7 to 10. We arrived at 9, empty. There are a couple of cold sausages left, sausages, everything is cooked. There was no bread at all. There is no hot at all. There were also the most ordinary and cheap cookies. Disgusting. They didn't eat anything and left, one disappointment. If you want to eat, then you probably have to go straight to 7 a.m. Which is problematic on vacation, since we walked late and wanted to get a good night's sleep in the morning. If you are making a buffet, then do it according to the rules. Guests are not required to come by 7 and take what they have managed. Food is not added at all. Leftovers are collected from the tables and put back on the buffet, this is not clear to me at all. They did it right in front of us. Although people ate right there, picked at this food and left it, and they put it back on the table 🤨
I do not recommend it.
Excellent hotel with low prices, buffet breakfast, friendly staff.there is a laundry room, you can give your clothes to wash. The hotel has four floors, there is an elevator.the rooms are clean, I recommend
Not a bad 3-star hotel.
You can also make accommodation cheaper.

I stayed at this hotel for several days. I liked everything. Convenient location: close to the city center, but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery like in a resort. The staff and the administration are very polite. By the way, they speak Russian well. They treat you kindly because you don't speak Uzbek. They try to answer and help any requests: order a taxi, where and how to get there, etc. Good Wi-fi. Clean and quiet - everything you need to relax!
A very nice Hotel. I wanted to give it 5 stars. But I put 3 for one reason. Always, always, always the problem is in the shower. They do not monitor the plumbing in the rooms! And this spoils all the other good impressions about the hotel!!!
A normal mid-level hotel. The main thing is that everything works. Water, air conditioning...
I asked for a room with a balcony, they gave it to me. However, with small beds. But with a balcony and on the north side. It's better than going south. Here, even in September, it's better in the shade.
