A very meager and abundant breakfast, very few vegetables, it is hard to believe that a Michelin chef works at the hotel. It is strange that the 5-star hotel does not offer seafood. It offers cheap cheese, shpinachki. In general, everything is very cheap. Another problem is that the reception staff does not speak Russian, although the hotel's website states that we speak your language. It is impossible to give higher than three stars. The room is very poorly cleaned. The bathroom sink has never been washed in seven days. A very uncomfortable threshold in the bathroom, there is no ventilation, Underfloor heating. With the stated procedures, it was generally a joke, they offered to go to another hotel. Upon leaving the hotel, they presented an invoice for the "City Fee", which no one warned about during check-in. During registration at the reception, they demanded to show bank cards in a strict form, one was copied. All this left an unpleasant aftertaste. This is the first such "five-star" in our travel biography. Money is wasted. Show-offs.

Very conveniently located, a couple of minutes from the center. There are a lot of attractions, restaurants, shops nearby. The hotel is comfortable and cozy. Excellent breakfast.
