I don't often write reviews, but the situation forced me to do it.…
Recently, 05/17/2025 was a birthday, a wonderful holiday. And of course, every girl will be glad to have a bouquet of flowers.
Chrysanthemums captured my heart. Beautiful flowers, incredible fragrance, and most importantly, chrysanthemums last a long time. It would be great if they could please me this time, as they always have.But unfortunately, all of the above words do not apply to my bouquet from "Arslilia".
There is a lot of beautiful information written on the website
Eg:

It is very sad that the flowers on the second day were covered with mold (not all), there were many unopened buds (which take away strength) and of course it is a shame that the florist was not willing to talk to the client.
There are all kinds of situations, but the flowers are only 2 days old, and unfortunately the Arslilia flower shop could not justify the information provided on the website. It's sad to look at the bouquet, thanks for ruining the holiday. It's a pity, but you didn't manage to make my holiday memorable and bright....

A very cool store, always friendly sellers and the best flowers in town! If you buy flowers, then only here. The girls are very nice, they will always help and do what is necessary. I never see sluggish flowers, everything is always fresh and wonderful. I love it ❤

+On Monday, there were very nice girls this week. Everything was suggested, told, counted.
They said there would be a new delivery on Wednesday and we would do what I wanted.
- There was a girl on Wednesday who was not present on Monday.
The product, according to her, did not arrive. And I urgently needed to make a bouquet.
The girl is not friendly at all. She did not help, she answered questions from under the weight. I had to literally interrogate what was what and how. There are zero hints. Thank you for answering the questions.
- (By the way! Not a few of the flowers in the window were already sluggish)
I told her what to do. I said I'd pick it up in 20 minutes.
Came. I saw what was done. I was speechless. It feels like this bouquet was collected by a schoolboy! (By the way, the amount for the bouquet was more than the amount announced before the collection)
I was in a hurry, so I had to take it.And I redid the houses myself. It's a shame to give such a gift.
