I've been using it for the second month, it was better in the first month, the outages were very, very frequent, but not for so long. I do not recommend it!
Personally, I can't say anything, I last used it in 2007, whereas the discount cards were connected at that time, there was the best provider, well, for me, Ars inform is just nostalgia!!!

The worst Internet provider, constantly falling off and reconnecting. It has not been stable for a week.
At the right moment, it just stops working and you wait 5 minutes for it to be available again. Other providers are no better either, but at least they work stably.
