Very bad company russian owner. Don’t count to get back any deposit. He find anything you destroyed in apartment, sofa, bed, walls, anything. Don’t use that company!!! There’s a lot more proper companies for renting house or condo in Pattaya.

Booked through Arrivarent in the summer of 2024. room by making an advance payment in November. Upon arrival, their employee Stas turned out to be already living in the room we had booked, who offered to replace the dead room where one piece of furniture was missing. We did not agree with this proposal and were sent outside with the children at night. They refused to return the prepayment because Stas did not see it in the database, the man turned around and left. Sergey's phone number, through which we conducted the booking and payment, stopped responding. We spent the night as it turned out, as the agency started working, in the morning we rented a smaller room, but with two beds and a cleaner one in the neighboring condo, three times cheaper than the Arrivarent offer. We agreed to view the apartment, arrived, the realtor drove up with the words - what they wanted. We wanted to see the apartment, and we got the answer - which one??? Our answer is the one we corresponded about.. the miracle realtor's answer - I'll show you the video now)) It's both sad and funny. Why was I driving across town?? To watch a video of the apartment?))I could do it from home.. then it's even more interesting - he started saying something about the fact that people are living in the apartment now, then that it's being renovated, and finally, the price is no longer what it says in the ad.. a curtain. I've never seen such a lack of professionalism before.
