Upon arrival, their employee Stas turned out to be already living in the room we had booked, who offered to replace the dead room where one piece of furniture was missing. We did not agree with this proposal and were sent outside with the children at night. They refused to return the prepayment because Stas did not see it in the database, the man turned around and left. Sergey's phone number, through which we conducted the booking and payment, stopped responding. We spent the night as it turned out, as the agency started working, in the morning we rented a smaller room, but with two beds and a cleaner one in the neighboring condo, three times cheaper than the Arrivarent offer.
