Beautiful white cliffs on the Black Sea coast, as a kind of highlight of these places, colorful photos are obtained. One of the disadvantages is an inconvenient descent to the rocks.

We had a rest in August 2023, I DO NOT RECOMMEND it! constant problems with the light, there is no generator, we lived for 2 days without a conditioner, almost died from the heat. They didn't even give us fans, they were all aimed at Resanta, but they didn't write off... There is no cleaning service in the rooms. A brazen huge cat is lying on tables and just everywhere. Photos with flowers, do not believe it, there are dead flowers in which water drips from the conditioner. The photos with the numbers match. We're not naked there anymore...

I had a rest this year.A wonderful place, a hospitable host. The sea is close by 5min walk, shops and entertainment venues are also all close. In general, I am happy with everything, I wish everyone a rest there. Thanks to Arthur, for the hospitality💯💯💯💥💥💥👍👍👍

It's a wonderful place. A friendly, hospitable host, cozy rooms - price, quality - correspond. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, cafes and shops are on the way. We rested for 2 weeks and decided that it was not enough)) Next time - just here and for a little longer))

A good hotel. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. The kitchen is shared. The bathroom is combined. There is a lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. High humidity during washing. Everything else is fine.

August 2022.We agreed on an economy room for a day to move into comfort, arrived at night, the owner did not even come out to meet us, good-natured guests found the owner, he was woken up and he did not even understand who we were and what, one of the guests took us to the so-called "economy", a Bedbug!!! You can't call it anything else, room 2 by 1.5; 2 old decrepit beds, on which blankets seemed to have survived the war, torn curtains, a bedside table with a hanging door, a small locker with dust. Because we arrived at night, we went in search of a toilet, as it turned out it was one common for all the guests, and there are not a few of themWe were so upset that we tried to find at least some kind of taxi all night, it's impossible in Abkhazia! We waited for the morning and ran away from there, took the bus to the border, did not stay, bought a ticket back on the plane, that's all our "rest", I do not advise anyone, the reviews are clearly screwed up, or people have never seen comfort. The guests with whom we had a chance to talk are also terrified, but they have nowhere to go, they have paid and are "resting".

Rotovirus infection , everything is on the toilet , the owner is rude ! I do not recommend it! Unsanitary conditions in the kitchen , animals running around the tables ! The beach is not equipped from the word at all! The fittings are sticking out , it 's dirty . Huge problems with the light! No hospitality is out of the question !

We rested in this house this summer. I really liked it.the sea is a 15-minute walk away. The market and shops are nearby. We lived in a four-bed room, a toilet and a shower room for two rooms. Air conditioning in the room. Large cooking area, many tables, barbecue. Good hosts. We recommend it to everyone.

Excellent hosts, hospitable, but the lack of sound insulation spoils everything. A disgusting beach with pieces of iron sticking out of the sea, a complete lack of playgrounds in the village. There's nowhere to walk in the evening. The residents are wonderful people!!!
