The hotel is not located in the most prosperous area, although it is a historical center, but it looks a bit like a slum.
On the plus side: The staff is polite, they respond to any request and try to help. All basic needs are available - a good shower stall, wi-fi, air conditioning, a mini fridge and even an electric kettle. In general, we can say that it is clean.
Among the disadvantages: in cold weather, the room can also be cold, high audibility, the absence of some comfort items such as towel racks, soap holders, etc., the hair dryer practically did not work. In my case, the water from the shower stall was leaking out a little, and therefore I had to dry the floor with towels after the shower, the hygienic shower was in the form of a tiny jet and had no effect.
To summarize, for a budget stay, one is a normal option, that is, if you just need a room for sleeping and showering. But in the case of a family vacation, I would look for a more expensive and better option.

It was a week in November. The weather did not disappoint. The hotel itself has a very friendly staff. We are always in touch, we will help you with any questions (even those that do not concern the hotel). The hotel itself is located in the alleys, where there are many wholesalers and shoe manufacturers. But despite this, it is quiet.
I used an air conditioner for warmth. The bed linen is clean. The appliances are all clean. The owner says the terrace opens in summer.
I was in room 402, the shower stall was leaking, but not critically.
The hotel itself is clean, the staff is pleasant. The hotel was purely for sleeping. Not a picky person ☺️

We were in early February , we stopped by without looking at the area itself , we arrived - we were stunned ! The hotel itself is located in the shopping malls of factories and shops, the whole area is designed for wholesalers. The hotel itself is normal, well, that is, when we stopped by there was a dirty bed, but after our request everything was changed for us, the administration or the owners themselves are friendly, in general, if you look for the pros, the view from the window is very beautiful on the Bosphorus, there is a conditioner in the room when it was cold, we turned it on. The price is adequate. The room is clean. It is small, but there is enough space. Beautiful view from the window. Yes, it looks like it's in the market, but in the evening it's just an empty street. I liked the attitude of the staff. The things were helped to be brought to the upper floor.
