Economy class is economy class. I can hear the sound of SMS reception on my phone from the neighbors downstairs. I'm in the bathroom - I hear the elevator coming, and the doors open. But not on my floor. Whoever is from Russia represents the quality of the PIK developer. Both the design and the quality of the houses of these developers are similar.

It does not look at all like a botanical garden, there is not enough diverse flora of trees and the corresponding fauna in this flora (for example, at least birds). Some kind of artificial botanical garden, the name does not correspond... this is more of an urban park. M.B. in 10 years, when the trees grow up, it will be interesting there.
And so a very good location for outdoor training, there are treadmills and bike lanes around the perimeter and on the territory of the park itself (although these lanes are suitable only for urban and MTB bikes).
