A disgusting office that likes to take money, but does not fulfill its obligations at all. On 27.09, two cabinets were measured to order and a third of the amount was paid. 29.09 the remaining amount has been paid. The measurer and the company promised to complete the order within a couple of calendar months (up to 60 working days in the contract). The measurer simply fiddled with a tape measure, without assessing the likelihood of imperfect walls with a laser device (you never know if the cabinet won't fit into the "deliberate centimeters").The cabinets were transported several times and through an intermediary (a transport company), that is, we had to unload everything ourselves. It was extremely inconvenient, because I had to adjust to these drivers, and I had to sit and wait for them for hours (I don't live in the apartment where the cabinets were planned yet). Strange piles of boards arrived, and I had to sign for something I didn't understand. For the fittings stated in the order (door handles), they said they were no longer there, choose something else. So these are your problems) let's go to the meeting, okay. Again, separate deliveries and time spent. As a result, everything (as it turned out later, not everything) was delivered only by mid-December! When the collector called, he replied that he would not have to wait for him soon. The contract also cunningly states that after delivery, about a month and a half of working days are given for assembly! As a result, the cabinets began to be assembled only by mid-January, when the order was placed and paid for right at the end of September! And here we went to meet the office halfway, if only it would end faster. Again, asking for leave at work and a couple of days in vain, just staying at the apartment, they say, the collector can now these days or not soon. There was only one assembler, and he also had to help hold something, bring it in, etc., although it's not my concern at all, how one person is sent to assemble furniture is unclear. After unpacking and initial assembly of the cabinets, even my unprofessional eye, which has never been related to furniture, saw just a lot of defects-edges cut off with a knife, glue residues, broken waxed edges, broken and crookedly sawn shelves, plywood shavings on the cut, etc. In addition, it turned out that there were no shutters yet! And this is considering that the total cost of the order exceeded 4k. Of course, I had no intention of accepting such a hack and this furniture garbage after already having a lot of frayed nerves and several months of waiting, wasted days waiting for the deliverymen and sitting with the collector. Then the swing began with calls to the company itself. We'll call you back and everything went on for about a week, again a lot of nerves and waiting. They offered to make a good discount-I would have been ready for a dialogue if it had only been about overdue time and unfulfilled obligations. But the complete junk from the boards, collected for a decent amount, definitely did not suit me. I was still being fed breakfast, saying let's decide, let's talk, let's talk about a bigger discount, etc., when I was only set up for a refund. And only when I sent about 20 photos with a lot of defects (which first caught my eye, I think there are a lot more) and offered to simply refund the money, because if I go to court with my lawyer, I will refund not only the amount of the order, but every day of delay (by that time it was already about 900 rubles), moral and material damage (drilled walls). After this dialogue, the money was refunded within 24 hours. As a result, after 4 months, I was glad that I was able to at least get my money back and not go to court (it would have been guaranteed to take an unknown amount of time). Draw conclusions and learn from the mistakes of others.
