We stayed at the hotel for a few days and were absolutely delighted! The hosts are very friendly and attentive, creating an atmosphere of real home comfort. The houses are clean and cozy. The territory is well maintained, there is a swimming pool, everything is thought out for a comfortable stay for both adults and children. The kitchen is a separate joy: spacious, clean, pleasant to be in. The hosts are polite and always ready to help, welcome and accompany with warmth. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back here again!

We had a rest with children from 08/07/24 to 08/20/24 we liked everything. Clean, cozy, homely. A large territory, yes, as we wrote above, crushed stone, little greenery, but the hotel is new, plants in the pots of each house are available, according to the hostess, tangerine trees will also be planted, not all at once, you can understand. The daughter played and ran with other children throughout the territory, fed rabbits, swam in the pool, splashed, no one made any comments, after 23 hours silence. There is a playground, yes, under the sun, but we were usually on the beach at this time, the child was walking when the sun was not bright. Two pools - a small one, for children under 5 years old with an awning, a large pool is freely available, the water was changed with us twice in a large pool (once every 5 days), in a small one almost daily. There is a barbecue area, table tennis, cozy houses, comfortable for living with children, a large bed and a bunk bed. Shower, toilet, refrigerator, kettle. Large kitchen, washing machine, ironing board, iron.. Very friendly staff, maids, administration. If you are not by car, you can apply, they will take you, organize excursions. Special thanks to Dima for the delicious cocktails at the bar. Another spa treatment area is planned, massage, when we were, has not yet been put into operation. In general, it is very good. The village itself is not far from Gagra and Pitsunda, you can take a taxi, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, there are many shops, cafes and canteens along the way. The beach is pebbly, clean, there are garbage cans at the exit from the beach, which allows you to keep the beach clean, unlike Gagra, where there are no garbage cans. We organized a horse riding trip, the impressions are unforgettable, I advise everyone. The electricity was turned off several times, but this is most likely a problem for the whole of Abkhazia, they immediately turned on the generator, and the light returned) A dog lives on the territory, very kind and affectionate. Private parking in the backyard is a plus, there is no clutter of cars on the territory itself, as in some hotels of this type. Our stay coincided with my birthday, I accepted congratulations and compliments in the form of champagne from the hotel, it was nice, very touched.

A good, high-quality hotel with separate houses. Inside there are all amenities: air conditioning, shower, toilet, refrigerator, kettle, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Good beds, one double, the second two-storey. Detached kitchen with new dishes and washing machine with powder and air conditioning, iron. Wonderful, friendly hosts and an excellent bartender Dima) You can watch a movie in the pool area and barbecue in the barbecue area. The sea is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace along the street with shops, souvenir shops and cafes. I am happy to recommend it and want to come back again.

Our family rested at the Aristocrat guest complex from 01.08 to 08.12.24

It took us a very long time to choose a place where we could stay in Abkhazia and not be disappointed)))), since this is our first acquaintance! And they did not lose😇
Lyudmila is a wonderful, friendly hostess who helped us solve all the issues that arose (she was constantly in touch at the time of booking, advised, selected and organized excursions, prompted and even treated our children)!

The houses are comfortable☝️ A very large and comfortable bed with snow-white linen, the same white towels. There is everything:and a refrigerator, and a TV, and an air conditioner, and a hairdryer, and a kettle (it's so nice to have a cup of coffee on the porch of your house in the morning))
PS: hygiene products (shampoo, hair balm, toothpaste) were especially pleased-not probes! Everything is in boxes, new and of excellent quality 👍

A great guest hotel. New houses, new furniture. Equipped kitchen with everything you need. All issues are resolved instantly by the management, which is always in place. A safe pool for children. Its own bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Secure parking. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea along a street with a bunch of cafes and shops. Briefly about the rest... All information is true. We had a rest with a large company, occupied 4 houses and everyone, adults and children, were satisfied! Lyudmila is an excellent hostess and a kind-hearted person. Since February 1, 2024. from 12.00 we were always in touch)))). Any question, starting with the booking, was immediately answered in detail. We arrived earlier than the scheduled time, immediately settled in. Everyone contacted us the day before and found out the approximate time of arrival. I didn't notice any special rules. Basic safety precautions for children that everyone should follow. There were no instructions at all!!! There wasn't a day that Lyudmila didn't ask if everything was fine with us. Roman will never drive by and pass by without saying hello and finding out how we are doing. Our men's degustation has remained the cherry on the cake. We save wine for the New Year's table!!! Dima brightened up our vacation with his kindness, smile and energy!!! Lyudmila, the son of 100 out of 100!!!

We were very satisfied with our stay in Aristocrat. I have read previous reviews of negative visitors, so I can say for sure that there will be people dissatisfied with everything everywhere. If any comments were made to children, it was only about jumping into the pool, this restriction is in most hotels. Our children were satisfied from start to finish with their vacation. Believe me, I have something to compare it with, we were in the department where children were forced to walk along the string, the only question is whether it was exactly a hotel and rest? As for the owners Lyudmila and Roman, they are very pleasant and sociable people. Dima is a very sensitive, attentive boy, he runs a bar.
What is there: a barbecue area, a bar, a swimming pool, a tennis table, a huge kitchen with a bunch of dishes, an ironing board and an iron, a washing machine and even a powder, each house has a table and chairs + a kettle, a hair dryer, hangers for drying clothes, a shoemaker, which is very convenient, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, a refrigerator, yes It's small, but where have you seen it big in hotels? Comfortable beds, with comfortable pillows and nice linens.

On April 25, I booked a house in Alakhadzy, on
Tumanyan str., 5A. I chose according to my preferences. Specially booked in advance. 20 days before the trip, I receive a message that the host canceled my reservation. There was a correspondence about the cancellation. But the point is that my house cost 45,000 at the time of booking. After the reservation was canceled, "Good afternoon, Lyudmila
Unfortunately, unplanned work appeared on this house for your dates, I had to cancel the reservation," I went into the same house and saw that there were vacant houses but the price was 66100. To this, the following answer was given: "Lyudmila, I understand that because of this, everything did not go according to plan, to put it mildly. But hotel owners are also aiming for more profit🤷♂️
I won't be able to make some kind of discount on another house here, it's almost 2 times more expensive there. That is, we draw conclusions about the attitude of the owners to people and who does not want to be left homeless at the last moment before the trip, then not to the Aristocrat. It was a shame that at that time there was no choice at all. And I think no one will believe that during the season, someone will repair the house for almost two weeks. Nonsense. Therefore, I do not advise you to contact this hostess at all.

20-30 acres of crushed stone. The master's house is in the center, along the perimeter of the house. Ordinary houses at a reasonable price. There are a lot of rules, don't go here, don't touch it. Children are not much admired, although they have an emphasis on holidays with children (according to the hostess). A mini playground in the open sun. The hostess, the "queen" of this gravel playground, sits under an umbrella and gives commands to her "servants" all day long. The refrigerator in the room is mini, the pan will not fit. I don't recommend it. Wasted money. Everyone rents on the next and this street, many have gardens on the territory. In these gardens there are guest houses with their own kitchen for 2 houses, an oasis for relaxation. You can come to this house if you love the stone jungle and a million rules.

The best choice we could have made!
And now in order:
1. They were fully accompanied, helping to get to the place.
2. We were warmly welcomed, even though we arrived ahead of time. We were invited to the spacious kitchen, where we exhaled from the road and drank coffee.
3. The water in the tap is clean, we drank it all the time, even without boiling.
4. Everything is clean and cozy in the houses. The bed linen and comfortable mattresses are very pleasant to the body.
5. A set of clean towels, everything for the shower (only shampoo was bought). The water pressure in the shower is great. There is plenty of hot and cold water.
6. The houses have a refrigerator, kettle, lockers, hangers, hair dryer... Everything you need and very cozy. There is a swimming pool on the territory, a barbecue with everything you need, sun beds, a children's complex) I almost did not see my daughter - she liked everything so much and was carried away.
The sea is a 10-minute walk away.
7. The owner Roman, who often came, always helped with recommendations, and even with personal participation.
8. Timur is the head of the complex, warm-hearted, did everything for our comfort and coziness. Honestly, I've never seen such an attitude anywhere.
9. Separate happiness - rabbits, chickens on the territory. And pointer Hertz is my love from the first paw.
Abkhazia is a country of the soul - it's about them 100%.

We rested in this guest complex, we went to Abkhazia, I do not book anything))) we found an ad on Avito, and friends also booked there. We called, agreed and arrived. We rented a house for 13 days, everything was fine. There is a large territory, a swimming pool, a cozy place (you can sit in the evening in the company around the campfire), there is also a barbecue. The sea is not far away within walking distance. The owners are great people, they will tell you everything and help, special THANKS to them!!! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE.
