We stopped at this place on 2.06 for 5 nights, eventually after 2 nights we decided to move away from there.
It's a horror, we haven't seen such a service yet.
We arrived there late in the evening, no one met us, there is no reception here, we found the administrator's number, called, says I'm on my way. At this time, the children and I are waiting for her outside (it was also raining, it was cool) I arrived, we waited for another 15 minutes, then I couldn't find a ready room, then the keys to the room. The next day we woke up with no water, neither cold nor hot. The breakfasts are disgusting, sausage, boiled egg, bread and tea.
After breakfast, they are asked to wash the dishes after themselves. There is no heated towel rail in the shower, there is no extractor hood, it is damp all the time, and the bones room itself also smells damp. As stated, there is no hair dryer and kettle in the room. It is forbidden to eat or drink tea in the room, so if you arrive there with a small child, be prepared to go outside in the evening to feed him, because their kitchen is only summer.
That's where they cook breakfast, and the sanitation is complete.
The tea is cloudy, and you can use purchased water for guests.
We were given only 2 blankets for 4 people.
During the eviction, they charged 500 rubles from the deposit for a dirty towel
The furniture is all old, the toilet floor is very cold.
Take care of your nerves and don't go to this place.

We were in this mini-hotel from July 27 to August 5, 24. I gave 1 star only for the sea, clear turquoise water. Everything else leaves much to be desired. Beds with protruding springs, a very weak router, Wi-Fi is distributed with varying success, there is no kettle in the room (as stated). There is no heated towel rail, hence the terrible dampness and mold in the bathroom. A hair dryer and an iron in one copy for the entire hotel. The TV in the room is instead of a picture, not a single channel is working. Electricity was cut off throughout Abkhazia for more than a day, and this is the lack of water, air conditioning and, accordingly, WiFi. The local water, even after boiling, remains cloudy. The prices for local Internet are 400rubles per day.
The receptionist Svetlana is very friendly, met, escorted, explained everything. I appeal to the owner of the hotel:change the shabby furniture and household appliances and then your "hotel" can be up to 4 stars!

We had a rest in June 2024, the hotel is already three storeys high. Everything is clean, everything is in the kitchen porch, we were going to evening gatherings. The distance from the center is 5-10 min., the same distance to the sea. Special thanks to the administrator, Svetlana, always with a smile and a desire to help. If you need a quiet rest, then come here. It is possible to book excursions, hello Khachik!!!

I will leave a review without emotions, but only facts that will help determine whether it is worth going to this hotel.
3-storey building, 6 rooms on each floor, shared kitchen.
Pros: the location is unambiguous, 7 minutes to the sea, about 5-10 minutes to the market, shops, canteens and bus stops. The beach is relatively clean and not very crowded, the entrance to the sea is good (pebbles). And we were lucky with the administrator Svetlana, kindness and help)), you can also arrange excursions here.
The kitchen is all old, but you can cook and drink tea / coffee.
Of the cons: the biggest is the condition of the rooms, furniture and bedding ((( on the ground floor, on the other floors it was not. There is a smell of dampness!
On the beach in this place, cars with trailers arrive to launch boats and motorcycles into the water, and accordingly ENGINE OIL, and this is spoiled clothes.
Abkhazia is getting more expensive every year and it is upsetting(((
In general, the impression was good, but there is no desire to return to Arins Park.

So, comrades, we are having a rest in August 2024, a family (2 adults, 2 children). The check-in was very strange: there was no administrator, they called him themselves, other residents helped to sort out the situation, only a maid who did not understand Russian was on site. As a result, the proposed room turned out to be a 2-bed room, we were not satisfied, since we paid for a 3-bed room, in general, we ran around the floors with suitcases. The room has stained bed linen and towels. The beds are old, they creak.
Horror, during the 10 days of our stay they did not clean, did not change the bed linen, there are no hygiene products at all, I bought everything myself. Later, the residents showed where they could get a toilet. paper. There are only 2 towels per family. There was a strong smell of sewage in the room, but over time the smell went away.
There is no hair dryer, there is only one iron for the whole hotel, the TV does not work, the air conditioner works.
But the most interesting thing I can say is that we paid 5000 rubles per day (total 50,000), when the neighbors for the same room 4500.
On our right there is a beautiful view of the mountains, and on the left there is a house under construction with workers and noise, you will not find any beauty outside the house. Wi-Fi is not stable.
This is such a negative but honest review, it's my first time in Abkhazia and I already want to go home

We rested at this hotel in early July 2023. A quiet, cozy place, spacious rooms, everything for a comfortable stay. There is a gazebo on site where you can cook something. There is a dining room and a cafe within walking distance. Special thanks to the administrator Olga! Always friendly and friendly, helped to solve any issues! This is the place where you want to come back again and again!

We stayed in this hotel at the end of June, the rooms are clean, but the TV does not work, the beds creak, the bathroom is very slippery. The communal kitchen has old, greasy cooking utensils. I had a rest from 05.07.23 to 12.07.23.The hotel is not large, with 12 rooms, but very cozy.The rooms have everything for a good rest.All kitchen utensils are provided in the cooking area.Many thanks to the administrator Olga.She was very friendly and caring , explained and showed everything at the meeting .If I'm going to have a vacation in Abkhazia, then only in this hotel.

I'll be the first to write a review. The hotel is located at 48 Lakoba Street, Gagra, Abkhazia.
This is not a "Park" or a hotel. Because there is no service here. This is the private sector. A 2-storey building and 12 rooms.
1. All rooms are equipped with their own facilities. The rooms are generally normal, but the dust is not readily wiped before check-in. The bathroom is clean. The beds are terrible: the mattresses are very soft, they creak and are about to fall apart, the pillows are dead. There is a refrigerator, a closet, a bedside table, a mirror and a TV. You can live, although it's also worth sticking something somewhere. In general, rooms for 4 (not a collective farm).
2. The territory. It's gone, just a patch and a veranda. The views around are not resort-like. This is a private sector in a residential area. There are sheds and vegetable gardens on 3 sides, and high-rise buildings on the front.
3. The veranada is normal, everything is there. Kitchen, refrigerators. It would be worth changing the upholstery of the sofas, but overall it is good.
4. The owners. They are good in terms of housing. Do not touch, do not pull. You rest quietly.
5. If you want to live with a view and in the center, you are not here! The center is a 15-minute walk away. It's 7 minutes to the sea, but it's a wild beach. All traffic in the city is closer. It's good to just live here. Have breakfast and leave. In the evening, you can hang out on the veranda. It's a quiet area here. Supermarket store is not expensive "Dixie" local nearby 3 min.
Of the cons:
Adjacent neighbor's plots with vegetable gardens and roosters. They scream from morning to night :) Although it didn't bother me. A small area. The terrible condition of the beds and pillows.
PS. Book by booking. The owners make the prices lower there. We wanted to, but the hostess began to dissuade us: "Rooms for booking without refrigerators, without cleaning, on the ground floor and in general everything is bad. And I made the 2nd floor for you and it's more expensive" (it's clear here, we missed it, because the description of the rooms on the booking is cheaper- it fits with reality).
In fact, all the rooms are absolutely the same. If you are satisfied with the ground floor and the view of the walls (see photo), then go ahead. Everything is there.
In general, the prices are reasonable for this housing. If you want it better, it will be more expensive. You can also find cheaper ones there.
