Considering that this is one of the most inexpensive places in the old town, the hotel is normal. But it is necessary to take into account the disadvantages - it is very noisy at night from the nearby bars, and they work until 1-2 nights. There is only one (!) electrical marking in the room, and that is not by the bed. The hot water in the boiler is heated for quite a long time. There is a buffet for an extra charge, but it's better to arrive early. On the plus side, the rooms are clean, and there is cleaning every day. Friendly people at the reception.

Excellent hotel for its price in the Old Town, friendly staff. A small but cozy room. The only drawback is that there is no shower partition in the bathroom, water from the shower is all over the surface. In winter, they turned on the air conditioner for heat at no extra charge, as in other places.

Hello!
I stayed at this hotel in early February, so the price was about 30 USD per night (breakfast is not included in the price). For this money, I had a room with one bed about 30 meters square. There is a shower in the bathroom. The plumbing was fully functional, and the water temperature allowed for a shower with the hot water fully turned on.
The hotel is located in the "old" town, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants, small grocery stores.
Very friendly staff, showed all possible accommodation options before check-in.
Daily high-quality cleaning.
A great option for this price.

The hotel is not bad. But it's located in HELL, there are a lot of bars nearby, music is blaring from 12 at night until 4 in the morning, I slept in birusha. The most terrifying horrible experience of my life. It's just impossible to sleep!!!
The staff did not fix the window for us, it did not close tightly, so there was an additional noise due to the slightly open window.
The bed linen is in pellets, it is very unpleasant to sleep.
The rooms are well cleaned, but when you don't sleep for 10 days in a row, you don't care about the advantages of the hotel.
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THE HOTEL!
Ps We took a regular room, so this is not an ordinary room, but a 15m storage room, it's very small, a bed and that's it. We could see the sea through the window, but it was blocked by an emergency staircase, and for 10 days we lived as if in prison behind bars.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT, I REALLY DON'T RECOMMEND THE HOTEL, SAVE MONEY AND NERVES, SPEND A VACATION IN ANOTHER HOTEL, THERE'S HELL FROM THE NOISE, JUST HELL!

I was here in February. The hotel is clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable. They come in to clean up every day, but they don't change the towels.
On the downside, there is a refrigerator and night clubs nearby, it is very noisy at night. Music is playing until 3 a.m. and there is no way to hide from it.

I really liked the hotel. We lived there for 5 days in April 2025. We asked for a room on the quiet side, the room was not large, but with two windows, a view of the garden and a side view of the sea. The breakfasts are good, a buffet, several hot dishes, several warm, freshly baked sponge cakes. A pool with warm water

Excellent hotel in the old part of the city. Friendly, unobtrusive service. The young man at the reception speaks Russian. The rooms are cleaned. I had no complaints. There is a swimming pool on site. We were here with my husband in November 2024. I liked everything. We took accommodation without breakfast, ate in coffee shops, there are a lot of them nearby.

The staff is very helpful. Great location. The breakfast is mediocre. Water in the room is charged. A one-night hotel, get to know the old town. Our room was by the pool, in the basement, humidity, dampness, noise, and the feet of people passing by. The flight was delayed, we arrived at the hotel only at 4 a.m., and at 7:00 there was already a noise by the pool, we didn't get enough sleep at all, but we got up early and looked at the old town. In general, there is no desire to stay at this hotel.
