Nice hotel, Russian-speaking staff. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and the bus stop is also nearby. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea with an easy step. The hotel has a swimming pool, and delicious breakfasts.
A very nice hotel with Russian-speaking hosts. Small, third line, but very conveniently located. There is a parking lot for cars. The rooms have everything you need. The main feature is a great pool in the courtyard with green grass, palm trees, umbrellas. There is a bar. Through the courtyard you can go to a great store - fruits, wine, cheese, and much more.
I believe that if you like a room, then the whole hotel immediately wins. I was not very lucky with the room - a view of an empty lawn with stunted grass and, alas, roofs, antennas and the back yards of cluttered neighboring buildings. For which I take off the star. The rooms are standard: a double bed, a small refrigerator (mine was leaking), a wardrobe, a table, a TV with many Russian-speaking channels. My room was equipped with a bathtub, not a shower. There is no air conditioning, or rather it is paid, 5 euros per day. This is bad, because there were countless mosquitoes: the balcony and ventilation in the bathroom were constantly open (just a hole in the wall). Neither the owner's fumigator nor mine saved me. After 3-4 days, clouds of ants appeared, but the owner quickly coped with them. They cleaned very well, bed linen and towels were changed constantly. Soap and shampoo are in dispensers. Breakfast is standard, but it was cooked on site. Excellent dinner: portioned, but large, I had enough of this dinner for tomorrow's lunch; very tasty, homemade, new every day (menu for a week). They give you a bottle of cold water for dinner. The pool is small (not small in itself, but half is shallow, it will do for games, but swimming is problematic). There are no small children!!! Quietly. Excellent location: 6 minutes to the sea through the territory of a nearby hotel. In the center of the village: numerous cafes and shops on all sides. 2 minutes - supermarket.
I liked it very much. I will return to the island and to this hotel.
I just arrived, spent 8 nights at the hotel, everything they write is true. The location, the breakfasts, the staff, the wonderful trees around the hotel - well, just paradise. I do not advise you to take dinners - there is a strong connection to the hotel, you will pay - then you will not refuse. At 10 min. there is a wonderful family restaurant Muzikarama from the hotel, all dishes from 4-5 euros, ask the reception how to find it, you will not regret it..The Greeks themselves often go there.
We had a rest here in August-September of this year. The hotel is located in the center of Faliraki. Everything is nearby: the beach, supermarket, bus stop, various cafes. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, they will always help you solve any problem. Breakfasts and dinners are quite decent, considering the 2* hotel.
A good hotel with excellent breakfasts, the disadvantages are mosquitoes

We had a rest in 19. I liked everything. The hosts are hospitable. The sea is 5 minutes away . The beach is clean
Everything is wonderful. The staff is excellent. The food is quite wonderful. Formally, it is 2 stars, but it is clearly underestimated. It was positive that the hotel is for adults only
A wonderful inexpensive hotel, calm, courteous staff, friendly host
