We have been staying at this hotel for the 2nd year in a row. The place is quiet and cozy. The sea is just nearby, 50 meters from the hotel. A small area. Clean and well maintained. There is a barbecue, use is free. Everything you need is present in the kitchen. This is if you are not too lazy to cook on vacation. The room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. Hot water from the water heater. The room we lived in in 2024, N8, with a balcony. Sea view. To the New Athos railway station, walk along the beach for 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. Another 25-30 minutes walk to the center of Mount Athos.
I definitely recommend it.

I liked the rest , the atmosphere is homely , the place is wonderful . The rooms are cozy. There is a parking lot in the yard. You can go down to the sea without any problems using the stairs of the neighboring Constanta Hotel

Decent rest and respect for those who love Abkhazia! We recommend everyone to relax in the Land of the Soul! We had a rest at Villa Argo with friends, went snowboarding, went fishing, had a cool vacation!

The rooms are old, the territory is no and dirty. The plus is that the sea is really nearby and that's it. There is no beach. Well, as it is, only the descent is inconvenient and, unlike other hotels, these owners do not deal with it at all. The restaurant is declared - but it is not. The kitchen where you can cook is dirty. The owner doesn't care about you - a young lazy strange man.
Nearby there are the same private hotels - they are much better and more interesting.
If you don't want to spoil your vacation, you shouldn't go there.
The excellent impression of hospitable Abkhazia is spoiled only by the place of residence
