The hotel is beyond praise! Matches a good five! The location, proximity to the sea, to the city center, modern, comfortable rooms, food and maximum involvement of the staff in solving the problems of the hotel guests left the most pleasant memories in my soul! I definitely recommend it! I'll be happy to stay here next time! Special thanks to the managers and reception staff Metin, Arslan and Khalil, who showed sensitivity, understanding and maximum care towards me and my children (I had a rest with three daughters). All issues were resolved quickly and clearly!

+Beautiful landscaped area, very green: lots of lawns, 2 tangerine trees, 1 murshmula and 1 fig tree are all in plain sight.
+3 pools (unfortunately, all are not heated, so it's cold out of season, but OK in summer): 1 adult at the bar, 1 on the patio, more secluded, and 1 completely for kids
+Unlimited drinks bar: 4 types of juice (unfortunately powdered), excellent coffee machine with latte, hot chocolate, coffee with milk, hot chocolate with milk, etc., beer, red wine, white wine. I don't like alcohol and it's hard to please me, but I drank 3 cups of coffee a day.
+Buffet: Always 2 types of hot meat, 2 types of side dishes, 1 type of soups, 8 types of salads, 8 types of vegetables, always lots of greens, cakes, fruits
+Evening disco
Cons:
-Weak water pressure (it was difficult for me to wash my hair)
- And the water is not hot enough in the shower
The expectations were super low, because the cost for 7 days was about 14,000-24,000 rubles (from April 18-25, 2025) I don't know what the travel agent's commission was, it would have been much more expensive in Sochi.

The hotel is small, the territory is well maintained, beautiful, lived in building "A" with a view from the balcony to the pool, there is a safe, everything works: hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, hot water is always available. But the furniture is just ruined, the beds with terrible mattresses, rumpled curtains, gray linen, if you want cleaning, give the cleaner $ 10 or a chocolate bar and your room will be clean and toilet paper! They cook very tasty, vegetables, herbs, everything is fresh, as they say, you will not stay hungry. The bar has good beer, 5 types of fresh, hookah in my opinion for a fee- I haven't tried it. The animator works hard, every day of the show!! A hammam is on site, also for a fee. The beach is 10-15 minutes away, the road did not bother me, we walked with pleasure, sandy beach, beautiful water!! There were enough sun beds for everyone. The staff is friendly, the bartender is a hustler. Price is quality. We had fun, and the hotel is well priced! The sea is beautiful, the weather was great, if you do not pay attention to everyday details, everything is fine!! Will I come to this hotel again? Why not?!
