Not a bad place to gather "old" friends. Clean, cozy, canaries. On food: don't expect frills, but everything is quite sound, for your money, you can even say very well. The service is good, they go to the meeting, they are not intrusive. Serving dishes corresponds to the place. There is a 20% discount on the birthday (7 days around the day), they want a symbolic prepayment for booking a table. All this does not deprive this place of going in with family or friends and eating in a nice, quiet place. You can come in. I would like to say separately about the staff. I've been there more than once, and I've been satisfied every time.

Pizza Arena! An institution with a capital letter. I've been a fan for over 15 years. We regularly visit with family and friends when I am in Vitebsk. Everything is always delicious. Pizza "Venice" is a favorite dish all the time. Mochanka with chicken and mushrooms also deserves attention!

We were here today, the food is usually very tasty, but today there are obvious problems.The staff was smiling, but the presence of children and the endless shouting in the hall bothered us (as we understood, there was a children's birthday party on the veranda), the children ran around the hall, shouted and constantly occupied the toilet.
The place is pleasant, but the issue of children's parties needs to be resolved, because there is no sound insulation and this greatly hinders the rest of the guests.

One of the best arenas in the city. It's always crowded on weekends after lunch. A 20 percent discount on the total check on birthdays. A couple of times I came across some so-so pancakes, but overall the kitchen is not bad. The milkshakes are delicious, not as watery as in the Trio on the island. The pizzas are great. Polite waiters.

The first time, the draniki were so stale that they tasted bitter (although when they saw that I hadn't touched them, they weren't included in the bill).
After that, I was there a few more times, there were no more complaints about the cook.sushi, for example, although small in size, but very tasty!
but as a last resort, not only did they refuse to bring coffee, which was a gift for the order, but they also made a mistake by 10 rubles in the bill (not in my favor, of course)

Hello. I'll be brief. We came to the cafe as a family - my husband, me, and the child on October 17th.
I take off the first star for the meeting - we went to the administrator Oksana, took the menu, she said from the doorway that there were no seats, since the tables had already been reserved. But we were going to sit free at the table without serving. Oksana insisted that there were no seats until they brought her to the table without serving. To which they received the answer: "Well, sit down if it will be convenient for you HERE." Why this table seemed to her unworthy of visitors remained a mystery.
I take off the second star for cooking. The order was pizza with chicken, mochanka with pancakes, French fries.
The poor pizza chicken was first cooked, then boiled, put on the pizza and shoved into the oven, where the sufferer dried to a state of wooden chips, which was not softened by either the melted cheese or my tears.
Okay.
The minus third star happened because of the draniki. The pancakes were just without salt, but that's half the trouble. The trouble was that the cook had no one in the charade in which he studied (if he studied at all) he did not explain that mixing flour with water (not broth!!!), throwing in the pre-cooked chicken we know and some champignons does not mean cooking a sponge. This is a recipe for rare slop, not a dish. Again, not a gram of salt.
And finally, the climax - the child flatly refused French fries. This is strange. I'm trying. And so, it turns out, where the salt from our entire order ended up! And also, magically, everything was abundantly covered with paprika, about which there was not a word on the menu. Poor waiter Olga convinced us very much that paprika was not spicy, but, unfortunately, it was too much even for me, not to mention the child. Let's keep silent about it.
Conclusion: the cook is disgusting, the cooking is not edible (the fact that people chew it under strong alcohol and do not complain does not correct the situation), the administrator is puzzled - she kicked out, criticized the choice of the table. Olga alone is doing well. But unfortunately, she had to listen to my husband's comments about the quality and taste of the dishes instead of the short-armed cook.
We will never go to this network again, we will advise our friends, where possible, we will leave a bad review.

Or maybe she disappeared from our eyes somewhere. This is a horror of course. Hypermarkets don't do that either. The waiter was polite and pleasant. No complaints about her. But the next table is served by a plump, unkempt girl with green hair. Like a barmaid or a distributor in the dining room, in the bad sense of the word (I didn't want to offend anyone)

The table was booked in advance, the order of dishes was also made in advance, the wait is very long, each dish must be asked, otherwise it will not be brought. There are 5 napkins for 12 people, which again need to be requested. A very strange serving of hot dishes, one person was brought, the next after 20-30 minutes, and there were 12 guests, it turns out someone is eating, and someone is watching. 2 portions of kebabs were ordered, which were brought on one plate and had to be divided independently. There are not enough waiters, the receptionist and a half-naked animator serve. Cake knives are carried around the hall with blades forward , while there are children in the hall who run and do not sit still. The receptionist opens a bottle of wine near the table with the guests holding it between her legs. There has always been a good impression of the Arena, but today it has deteriorated very much. Would you recommend this place-no. If we come again, no. Disappointed.

Today we placed an order for delivery: pizza 30cm and sushi. The amount of the check : 44p.
To begin with, the pizza arrived cold. The sauce froze and turned into something not appetizing. All the ingredients are not fresh and not tasty. The pizza was completely thrown into the trash.
There is undercooked rice in the sushi. Considering that the geisha maki should have lightly salted fish, it turned out to be smoked.
When calling the institution, of course, they apologized, but they kept silent about the refund and offered a discount on the next order, but it would be better to return the money, since even though the order was completed, the quality is disgusting!
I do not recommend this place!

I really liked this place!! I celebrated my younger brother's birthday not so long ago. The waiters are pleasant, they bring it quickly, the atmosphere is comfortable. The waitress serving us was very reasonable and interested in our comfort. The institution gave free water with lemon, which was also a nice plus!!
I would come here millions more times and I hope that I will come here again!!! I felt on the same wavelength, very native, thank you!!! (I can no longer eat any other pizza except the one that was here ...)

An atmospheric place, a big plus is the veranda. It's warm in winter, they can offer a blanket. The reservation is free, which is very pleasing. There is very little space in the main room, the feeling of a basement, and it is dark. The menu is the same as in all arenas, but it may differ, the price is the same everywhere. The only drawback is that you have to wait for a waiter for a very long time. And the waiters have a big dissonance of a separate bill.

The cruel treatment of animals really spoiled the mood, namely a cage with 2 tortured canaries, which stands near the window on the veranda, which means that the birds constantly overheat, then they are shod with cold air conditioner air from the wall, so day after day, plus noise from people. This is the first time I've seen canaries in such a state, they didn't make a sound and sat hunched over. Why they are in this institution is unclear. Poor birds, they urgently need to be taken to a veterinary clinic and placed in responsible hands.
