After calling to order boiler maintenance, the dispatcher told swami the master would contact and set a date and time. A couple of days later, the master calls and says I'll be there in twenty minutes. This is called setting a time in advance when it is convenient for him. It was good to have people at home.Arriving home later, I asked how they did IT. The master who arrived did not even know how to open the cauldron. I did not do the elementary thing, I did not check the pressure in the expansion tank. I had to check the pressure myself and pump it up. This is a service.

The heating was not turned on in the boiler. First, they contacted the company that installed it, waited for almost two weeks, called them three times herself and did not get any result. Then I started looking for others through the Internet, came across

After learning that there was a malfunction in the boiler, he promised that they would arrive today or tomorrow. We arrived the same day. The master resumed the operation of the boiler and explained everything in detail.

The trouble with these boilers is that they make noise, they don't heat well, the water will tell you back and forth when you wash. It broke down after three years of use. Annual maintenance is paid, 70 rubles are stripped off in 10 minutes of work, I can vacuum it from the outside myself in this case.
They don't even pull one star!

The "specialists" of Arderia could not eliminate their own jamb.
The contract was concluded by deception: there was a notification in the mailbox that we were obliged to pay the annual maintenance, and in case of non-payment, the gas would be turned off.

P.S. The neighbors generally forgot to tighten the bolts after the "professional" MAINTENANCE.
It's difficult to say anything about the repair itself, since getting through to them is another quest. They talk to customers as if they're doing them a favor. You can wait a very long time for a call from the master because his majesty may be too busy to pick up the phone and dial the number. I don't recommend it.

I've never seen a worse service .They serviced the Ferroli Fortuna C24 boiler for me, burned the boiler, I had to buy a new boiler.They served it for 2 years and then refused after they burned it down.
