Advantages:
Large, clean and well-maintained territory
Clean rooms with daily cleaning
Daily updated in-room minibar
A large selection of dishes in the restaurant
Basically everything is included
There are shops on site
Close to the sea
There is a private beach
There is a private park for walking and a water park
There is a large swimming pool
Cons:
It's too far from the city, either to take the bus, or to stomp your feet very decently.
The indoor pool is about nothing
The hammam is cold and has no steam at all
Sauna is just a name for 50-60° you won't even break a sweat.
There are very few Russian speakers in the hotel. The staff speaks mostly English. Perhaps this will be a plus for someone.

We have been staying at this hotel since mid-May. A wonderful hotel for families with children. We had a huge company with children and everyone was comfortable, pleasant and very funny. There were shows and discos in the evening.
The food was varied, but without frills. A good quality table. A variety of vegetables, fruits, salads, cheeses, herbs. There was fish for dinner almost every day. I want to answer desserts separately, there were cakes and local desserts (oriental sweets). Always fresh and very tasty.
The quality of service is at a good level. Cleaning was carried out every day, the mini bar was replenished in the morning. We always added water, soda, and beer from the bottom of our hearts, and we didn't regret it.
The beach is pleasant and comfortable. You can dive from the pier. The water is clean. We were lucky, there were strong waves only on the last day. Adults could swim, but children probably couldn't. Only under supervision.
I would like to mention a special water park with 5 slides. The children didn't want to leave in the morning)
It was a huge area, and the kids played soccer in the evening if they didn't want to sit and watch the show.
There were more Europeans (especially Germans) among the hotel guests
With children, I definitely recommend it. But without children in general, too)
