The Small Triumphal Arch of the Carrousel in the garden in front of the Tuileries Palace. It was erected by order of Napoleon in honor of his victories in Germany and Austria. The arch is decorated with very beautiful bas-reliefs.

There are many, many tourists. There is a high probability of being robbed. But it's beautiful. On the sides of the arch is the entrance to the Louvre. And there's also a toilet.
