It's a great place to walk. There used to be a street with car traffic here. Now there is a corner for pedestrians. There are many cafes along the Arbat, prices are basically the same as in the city. There are a lot of people. As soon as I have the opportunity to visit Shymkent, I find time to visit Arbat.
