The shopping center is located in the Arbat residential complex , which means that it is very difficult to park. It is convenient for hiking . There are many mini boutiques with clothes and shoes in this shopping center , many departments with bags for girls ( replicas of brands ) . There are also many departments with accessories for smartphones . I think you can go for a walk.

ARBAT ONE OF THE NEW SHOPPING MALLS IN THE CITY IS LOCATED ON THE ARBAT OPPOSITE THE AIRPORT TERMINAL. THE AIR CONDITIONERS WORK CLEANLY IN THE ROOMS. THE PRICES ARE AVERAGE. IN GENERAL, AN AMATEUR.

The residential complex is located in the very center of the city. There is a nice courtyard, there is an underground parking lot, three levels of which make the house very resistant to earthquakes (according to familiar builders).
Of the disadvantages
- it is very noisy in the courtyard in the evening and it will be uncomfortable to live with access to the courtyard on the 1st floor;
- check-in to the underground parking, trash and entrance to the residential complex are organized by residents through one zone. It can be very busy and dangerous with children
