Arbat is the very heart of Baikonur. A nice street with a lot of different shops/establishments. At night, garlands light up on the trees, a pedestrian walking street where teenagers, small children and adults gather. It was a pleasure to walk :)

Complete non-compliance with the minimum safety requirements - all the illuminating spotlights on the territory of the Arbat are somehow twisted with duct tape, the wires are not protected in any way. The technological hatches of some lampposts are not locked. Garlands hang from the trees almost to the floor and are also twisted with some kind of snot. And the kids are running around all this, what are the responsible persons waiting for? Tragedies?
