We are resting here right now. I like everything, the green area, the rooms are air-conditioned. They are very tasty and well-fed, there are a lot of vegetables. The staff is very nice, especially in the cafe and bar. For children there is a small playground near the building + another under a canopy next to the children's pool. This is not the first coastline: it is about 500m to the lake, but there is a shuttle service to its own beach.
But there is one big BUT!! There are no animators for children here. Animation here = leisure activities for adults. We hoped that they would play with the children here, and we would be able to exhale a little, but no.
Add animators for children — and it will be the perfect place!

One of the best bases in Alakol, the kitchen is simply excellent transfer to the lake, a nice and clean pool is great for children, the only thing was that the TV did not work, but there was an outdoor cinema, we rested from the heart

I want to share my impressions with Alakol, this is not the first time we have been resting, we have been choosing the Arasan base for 6 years)))
We had a rest from June 12 to 19, the weather was not there for a couple of days. But many thanks to Irina and Anwar for not letting us get bored 💖☺️
We danced, sang, dressed up in outfits made from improvised materials, watched movies, cartoons, played tennis and participated in the silver disco 💃🏽🪩
It is very pleasant to return there again and again, and get a lot of pleasure and relaxation. My fondest memories are associated with Arasan 💖
In terms of nutrition, we were always full, we forgot about the feeling of hunger 🍜
There were nuances, flaws, etc. But thanks to the staff , they were eventually eliminated ✅

Hello! We rested in Arasan Alakol from 06/9.24 to 04/15.24. when booking, the complex included: an adult pool, a Jacuzzi, a children's pool, slides with a trampoline, in fact, when we arrived, there was nothing in total. The hotel was not ready to receive guests, but it accepted them anyway. We were only driven on mud after lunch we were taken to the beach of Inju. Everything is fine in the kitchen, but for some reason the children did not eat anything, which of course made me very sad as a mother. They began to approach the administration to ask that the pools be launched, but there were no movements, then they began to write negative reviews, then they began to move a little, but the next day they came up to us with a claim why do you write such reviews, enter the position we do not have time, but does anyone want to get into our position? We spent such money 3 months in advance, booked, paid, and not what is not ready. There was no adult leisure, not a single disco for adults was made, although music was blaring all over the neighborhood in the evenings, the bar was expensive, you couldn't go to the bar with your own, well, for example, a can of beer at the 1500 bar in the store is the same 500. Well, as if the rest was not particularly good. We have more minuses than pluses. We only have a road that takes 1.5 days for our time and money spent, of course, we want a better service. I only thank Irina Sanvar, they somehow tried to save the situation by doing contests, magic tricks for children. Well, in general, the base itself is beautiful, the greenery is all around, the rooms are comfortable.

I was there 4 years ago, I rented (or rather tried to rent a 2-storey cottage, as a result we lived in 2 one-storey ones, due to the complete impossibility of living: the showers are faulty, there is a non-drying puddle on the floor, there is no electricity ..... . The general impression of the recreation area: if it is for treatment, that can be tolerated, but there may be a cesspool and a water well nearby, the state of the power supply is terrible, electricity is turned off regularly and happens all day.

1) Hotel: Instagram photos are better than the rooms themselves (excellent work of marketers).

Obvious disadvantages:
1) slow waiters, but this is understandable due to the seasonality of the recreation center, but generally polite. Although the tables should be cleaned immediately, and not on the passing day.
2) every day on the tables there are dry buns mixed with fresh ones, some could be killed.
3) The Wi-Fi is unstable
4) turning off the light
5) shower cabins to which a separate instruction manual has been posted. It's probably easier to control a spaceship.
6) dirty pools, I had to complain that they would be cleaned. The water does not smell of chlorine, either it is not added or the cleaner has a diamond eye, which I doubt
Positive:
1) The show is a program for children, although it would be nice to post the program in a prominent place, and not catch people where to dress up. My daughter was upset that she didn't know about the 1st contest.
2) Compared to other hotels, there are trees (shade), swimming pools.

The hotel on this coast is one of the best, very green on the territory, a good Playground and a swimming pool. There is also a swimming pool for adults. The air conditioner was working properly in the room. Among the disadvantages, the administrator was not very polite, who responded to requests with a favor, and we were not pleased with the frequent power outage.

A good base for a family holiday. There are playgrounds, swimming pools, a water slide, and evening entertainment for children. We checked in immediately upon arrival, without waiting for 14:00. The staff is polite. The linen and towels are snow-white. There is a bus to the lake, its own beach with sun beds. There are a number of small problems that, in general, did not spoil the rest:
- there is not much difference between standard and luxury power (except that in the latter case the waiters serve)
- the plugs of the TV and receiver do not reach the sockets (you need to go to the administrator and ask for an extension cord. We didn't need🤗)

Good day to everyone. We had a rest at the end of July 2021. This year it was sold out. Not a single room is available. There may be problems with the massive influx of customers...
Pros:
Animators are engaged with the kids. We have built another playground for children. They put up an inflatable slide with water and a large swimming pool. The animators staged a water show in the evening. The children are delighted. In the evening, the guy played the saxophone and dombra.
There are shared deck chairs on the lake for Arasan Alakol clients. There is a sunshade. Comfortable.
Minuses:
There are not enough cleaners and waiters. They messed with the food in my opinion. As a result, there is almost always no choice of dishes. The first one, the second one....
In previous years there was a choice... The quality of the dishes is fine for me, but I'm not picky. I eat what I eat.
Turning off the lights. But this is for all databases. The bases are growing like mushrooms, and there is not enough power for electric substations. Therefore, the lights were turned off several times during peak hours. Bus delivery to the lake is not regular. There is a schedule, but.... the bus was driven by accumulation.
According to the schedule, it is convenient, you can calculate the time of return, for example, by lunch. And on accumulation, you used to wait for half an hour.
Motorboats and scooters are racing over the heads on the lake. And they don't look at the buoys. You've paid the money and you're riding a scooter. And no one asks for the right. In 9 days of rest, I saw rescuers for 30 minutes 1 time, in the morning. While it's not hot, we arrived, swam and left. No one is watching scooters and motorboats. So it's dangerous.
In general, it is more or less normal. We talked with visitors of other recreation centers. The problems are the same. Maybe somewhere better, somewhere worse, but not significantly.

We had a rest from 26.07 to 30.08. 2021.
The hotel is normal, the shower is true, but the room leaks from all sides and without the 1st door, there is a puddle on the floor constantly. The linen is snow-white, clean, the beds are cozy and good. We were me, my husband and 2 children in a two-room room. There are no kettles in the room, there are none at all, it is not provided, for me as a great tea drinker this is a minus. A hair dryer, as it turned out, is available on request, so keep in mind. The air conditioner, the TV, the refrigerator are all in order.
nutrition. We took luxury meals. The difference is more choice and the fact that you don't have to stand in line as standard, we were served by waiters, very nice, good guys. The food itself is well... I really liked the breakfasts, we love porridge. And here's lunch and dinner... Tip to the owners: TAKE AWAY THE OIL FROM THE COOKS! The fat second is just a drop. There are no complaints about soups and side dishes. Everything tastes very tasty (the chefs are great here!)) Farther... If you really decide to give sausage, sausages and butter, then please do not poison people with this stuff that you buy, it's better not to serve at all. Sausages from packs can be eaten in sausages in dough, but not with a puree... In general, if I came there again, I would eat at the breakfast base.
LOCATION. It's not that far from the Arbat, walking is good for your health, I liked walking. To the Arbat with children in a ramble off-road for 10 minutes.
THE HOTEL. The staff is tired, but not angry))) There were no problems with anyone. We were afraid for the food (we paid immediately, we read reviews) as soon as we arrived, we talked about it immediately with the administrator Ekaterina, she said eat today, and then if anything, we will refund the money without any problems. We left the food in the end) The territory of the hotel is what upset me the most (( Because we are from a city where eternal garbage is lying everywhere, I would not like to see it on vacation. And there are bulls in the territory between the paving stones, all sorts of bags, cigarette packs and much more in the grass. The territory itself looks neglected, a la wild place)) There is clearly not enough person there to keep the area clean and well-groomed. The pool is small, we cleaned it all 3 days, cleaned it and did not clean it)) So they opened it, but the water in the Jacuzzi was changed. It's clean. And the pool is not as scary as it was described, a little greenery on the bottom and that's it. We used to swim in SUCH reservoirs, lakes and just in fountains, that this is just a sterile pool 😄
AND GENERALLY IN GENERAL. I don't think I will return to Alakol, Balkhash is much closer to us. For me, it's not worth it to get the same thing as on Balkhash, only to get first a day by train and another 40 minutes to the rest home, and also spend 3 times more money on it... If, of course, my daughter is miraculously cured of allergies and asthma for at least half a year, then only in this case would I go here for at least a month😊
