Used to be one of the most efficient working branches. As of now, it's slow, literally had to wait for 50 minutes for my turn to come( just like the branch on Komitas), and especially during lunch time from 13:00-15:00 you'd better not show up here as you'll find only one bank teller sitting in front of her desk , saying "I'm not currently providing services to customers" even if there are up to 20 people waiting for their turn to come.
