Friendly staff, clean, the rooms are very warm. But the hotel is "tired". It is necessary to replace the furniture in the rooms. I would like to make the pool warm. The sauna is turned on on request and there is an opportunity to warm up after walks in the cold season! Inside there is a beautiful interior in the form of a winter garden! Breakfast for 5 you can always find something to have breakfast! It's modest, but everything is fresh and delicious! It doesn't look like 5 stars at all! The staff only took out a positive review!

A 2-star hotel, maximum. Please don't ever settle there. We lived in three rooms, ventilation does not work everywhere, the moss of the web sticks out inside it, it is very, very noisy in the rooms, access to the road. Or into the yard, and there's a school, it's noisy very early. The hotel is dirty. The TV was not working, the floors were overgrown with centuries-old dirt on the carpet. Accessories are generally an outrage of what quality. The sneakers immediately tore, and they didn't even have time to put them on. Soap does not lather. And shampoos, in general, cannot be called this term. The plumbing from the shower fell on his head. Everything is shaking and rattling. 2 stars, please do not deceive people.

The hotel left just a disgusting impression. The room was changed 3 times and only one had a more or less adequate mattress, and not a "board" in terms of softness. Then we were offered a suite with a surcharge of 7000 per night, but it was exactly the same room with a mattress as hard as a wall and only a floor that differs from other rooms. I was finished off by the fact that I saw a cockroach in the room. I can't stand this animal from the word at all, and when I saw it, I was speechless with horror, just numb. The guy from the reception who came to the rescue was shocked by the situation, but still killed the bastard. In general, the hotel is terrible, as is the condition of the rooms, although the staff, of course, has nothing to do with it, they survive as best they can, judging by their behavior.
