I visited this place in September of this year. A good hotel for families with children. There are not very many rooms, but they are spacious, cozy - there is everything, their own kitchen, the girls cook very tasty and varied. Its own heated and illuminated pool, at night, it's great to swim so much. Children, you definitely won't drag them away from there, for them there is a legushatnik made, plus a trampoline, funny things for children are different. I was pleasantly surprised. To the sea, 10 minutes on foot with a stroller. Maybe this information will help someone and you will decide to relax there...

We rested from 10.08-17.08.2024. In the apartments, we were very satisfied, everything is new, clean, everything is thought out.
Large territory, clean and large swimming pool.
Very good hosts, everything is thought out, there is a place to eat, where to roast a barbecue.
They will always tell you where to go, we went to the Ritz, with Ararat, a very careful driver and a pleasant companion. I really enjoyed the tour.

We rested from September 11 to September 19, 2024.
Ararat, at first upset her husband, who was used to the Egyptian-Turkish All-inclusive. In this hotel, only complex breakfasts are served: porridge (but delicious), eggs or omelette, and pastries. We didn't choose. My daughter and I liked everything. Then our dad got used to it.
We
had lunch on the day of arrival and decided that we were not ready to leave 1,500 each lunch. Moreover, the dining room has an old veranda, with oilcloth on the tables. But we found other dining rooms with a modern interior.
The hotel itself is clean, very pleased. Everything works, starting from the doors, air conditioning, plumbing. We had a balcony and a beautiful view. A dryer and even a wash basin.
Change of towels on request.
And most importantly, a good-sized pool with evening lighting. There were days when there were big waves on the sea, then our pool was a huge joy.
I was lucky with the weather. Thank you for a great vacation from Mount Ararat!!

I was on vacation with my wife and two children from August 14 to August 25, 2024. The hotel is great for a family holiday. We were looking for a hotel with a swimming pool and did not lose. The pool is gorgeous and most importantly clean. The food in the cafe is very tasty. The portions are large. The only thing I would like is a little more variety, because after resting for 11 days, we naturally tried everything in this cafe and we want something new. There were sometimes questions for the staff. But Juliet is in charge of everything and turning to her, all issues are instantly resolved. Here she is personally 5+. And it will help and prompt. The sea is about 5-7 minutes on foot. There are several cafes and shops along the way. Everything is within walking distance. The only negative is the smell of dampness in the room. But this is not in all rooms. He was in ours. We have to constantly ventilate. Some of them were there too, some of them have no smell. In general, this is a solid 5 for Abkhazia. I advise everyone. And I will immediately explain that this is not a 5+ hotel abroad, namely Abkhazia. Therefore, it is for Abkhazia that it is 5.

We stayed at the hotel from July 25 to August 4, 24. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea and at the same time to the central main road along which you can go to any place in Abkhazia is also nearby.It takes 10 minutes by minibus to the border (any hitchhiker offers its services for the price of a bus). The hotel has large bright rooms, all the staff are responsive, they responded immediately to any requests. The pool is clean. Found the only drawback... transfers and excursions are expensive.

There is an excellent, clean heated swimming pool and colorful lighting in the evening.

There are gorgeous flowers everywhere.
Excellent, homemade cuisine! Tasty, inexpensive, the portions are large. There is always something to feed a small child😅
The rooms are quite cozy. Every three days, our bed linen and towels were changed (large ones were given at our request)
Very high-quality, regular room cleaning. Friendly staff.
There is parking for cars.
Abkhazia has an incomparable nature. It turns out very beautiful photos.

It's a wonderful place.!!!! Friendly hosts. We had a rest with the children. Everyone is delighted. We lived in a cottage. Everything is clean and tidy. The room has everything you need. The territory is beautifully maintained!! There is a large clean pool, the children did not climb out of it))) There is also a cafe on the territory where they are very tasty. The dining room at the hotel with delicious and varied food🍳 There is a trampoline and a swing, the children liked it. Everything is well maintained and very clean. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. There are decent shops along the way. I don't really like the sea itself in Tsandrypsh, as such, we went to Gagra to swim, but this is not the fault of the hotel. The weather was quite rainy, the sea is often dirty because of the rivers that are located nearby. The pool was very saving. I will be happy to come again.

We stayed at this guest house from July 30 to August 6, 2023.The guest house is basically normal, but the owners are not very good. We stopped by a large company in 2 rooms, initially agreed with the owners about the transfer, they told us it would cost 4000, I warned that there were 9 of us, they said in a tight space and not offended, as a result, upon arrival, they tell us that we need to pay 5000. A deal is more expensive than money. The rules of the guest house say wet cleaning every 3 days with a change of bed linen, we lived there for 7 days, we never washed the floors or changed the linen, although we even asked to at least wipe it.
The owners sit all day at the exit, at the table, with not very happy faces. The pool is on the other side of the house, and it is also very well viewed by the owners from their room) in general, you are under surveillance all day long) As a result, when we left, we ordered another transfer and then the owners completely exploded, they told us a lot of bad words, curses, threats. "I hate Kazantsev, I told them not to take Kazantsev anymore," and there were similar statements.

When we left, we refused to pay, because Juliet herself announced this amount, as a result, the owner of the house did not send curses as soon as we were not released at the border, that we had deceived them by a thousand. It was not difficult for us to pay this amount, only when we lived in our room no one ever cleaned, although they prescribed that a change of linen and cleaning 1 every three days, there is none of this, they asked who cleaned, said that we were not on the list. So draw conclusions, I definitely won't go there anymore and I won't advise you.
It was a very unpleasant situation, this daughter-in-law twisted it so that he certainly believed her, and when we offered him to listen to an audio message, the owner of the house categorically refused, leaving us to blame

You need to understand that you are not going to a hotel, but a guest house in which the owners live on the ground floor.
The pool is clean and large.
The staff, they are the owners - good people, hospitable.
The location is normal, the sea is close, but you have to walk along the roadsides. There is a railway nearby, but the trains are not very audible, since it is located in a ditch.
Nearby there are shops, souvenirs, a dining room.
There is nowhere to walk, there are many empty plots.

There are no breakfasts, the service is lame, (there is no reception, cleaning, garbage removal, linen replacement). Maybe we should have asked for it, but we didn't. The prices here for breakfast do not match the quality. (regular scrambled eggs from two eggs - 120 r, three coffee in one 90 r)
Just below on the left there is a nice dining room with a large selection and reasonable prices.
We had a two-room room, there is a kettle, a coffee machine, a TV, a small refrigerator.
I think that a two-room room should have a larger closet and refrigerator, because it is designed for a larger number of guests.
There are no glasses for the kettle, and generally no dishes, water.
There was a small soap in the bathroom. There are no shampoos and so on at all, towels are small and medium- there are no big ones, take your own)
In general, everything is fine, taking into account the terrain.

The house is large but not cozy, the owners live on the ground floor, the audibility is such that even a whisper can be heard from the 3rd floor on the ground floor, you can hear all the neighbors wherever you are, as if everyone lives in the same room, after 8 pm you can only whisper otherwise you interfere with the owners. There is a separate conversation about the owners, they talk through their teeth, it feels like they paid us, not us. The rooms are not cleaned, the garbage can be taken out by ourselves in the tanks by the sea, there are not even glasses in the rooms, we asked, they gave us 2 paper cups for six, the beds are small, my husband did not clean, the furniture is old. In general, we don't set foot here anymore, the chic Breeze hotel turned out to be cheaper nearby.

And in general, you are expressing your disrespect to them. They were constantly dissatisfied with something, making claims, thereby spoiling the mood. And against the background of all this, a lot of shortcomings in this guest house became noticeable. Summarizing the above chaotically described, we can say that you can go there only when there are few tourists (you will be welcome there and will not impose your communication), otherwise it feels like you have come to visit for free and you are not welcome here at all...

There is Wi-Fi, but the room does not catch well, you need to go to the pool or sit in the hallway. There is a dining room, but there are more comfortable and cheaper canteens next door. You can use the barbecue. There were minor flaws in the room, but they did not find fault, although for 6500 per day it was possible to fix all the flaws. Overall, the impression is solid 4.

Greetings from Kursk!!!!We rested at the guest house,, Ararat,, from June 20 to 27, 2021.To say that everything is wonderful is to say nothing.We were greeted as dear guests right at the train station and comfortably delivered to the hotel.The whole guest house is surrounded by greenery and beautiful flowers.A large playground with swings and a trampoline.The rooms are very clean and cozy.Cold and hot water around the clock.We ate in the on-site dining room, the food is always fresh, varied and very tasty.Friendly hosts, very pleasant,kind, friendly.Special thanks for the pool!!!!!The children are delighted!!!!!And so are we.For the first time in Abkhazia, but now only here yes!!!!! There is a table and chairs on the platforms between the floors - if you are too lazy to go down, you can sit there with a sea view and a glass of wine!

We had a rest in the second half of September 2021. Unfortunately, we were not lucky with the weather-from the word at all. But counting on the weather conditions, we wanted to rent a hotel with a HEATED pool! That was the key moment! As a result, at first we were told that the heater was broken, then that it could not heat up. As a result, we realized that there was no heating at all-since everything was warming up perfectly at the neighboring hotels! Then the owner offered an excursion to the lake -he charged us 1300, as they later found out in the stalls, yes, the excursion is 950 rubles. there is nothing to do with the village -from the word at all! One straight line 700 meters to the sea and that's it. It's dirty. If you need to get to the center and the market, you need to walk along a busy road, which is not very convenient with children. We lived on the 3rd floor - there was an unpleasant smell both in the corridor and in the room (it is unclear from what ) . Plus the light !!! It is turned off every day from 3 to 5 in the morning. And during the day it can be turned off several times. And the key thing... when we decided to move out earlier for 6 days, the owners did not return anything to us!!! They allegedly withheld a penalty, And this is 8 thousand rubles!!! In general, the impressions are terrible about both the hotel and the village. We will never go back there for sure!!!

Full compliance with expectations/reality. We spent a wonderful 10 days in early June in Ararat. Very friendly owners, clean room, well-maintained territory, large swimming pool. The sea is very close. There are also plenty of shops nearby and a market selling local products. I definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.
