This hotel has a great location, prices are great and breakfast is satisfying. The major issue with this hotel is the fact that it needs to be upgraded. Once it's renovated, it'll be one of the best hotels in here. So far I'm happy that I stayed here because it had a low price and it was walking distance from the square, museum, parks and many restaurants.
Near the hotel you can find many cafes, restaurants, boutique stores, souvenir stores, museums, parks and other things.
Because of its location me and my wife and I walked about 15,000 steps a day, and we haven't even felt it. It's one of the major advantages of this hotel.
I have been more hotels in Armenia, especially in Gyumri, here most calm and elegant place, nothing special things, but good service and friendly staff i think its enough
Great. In the city center, in an old building
The numbers are cool, I haven't seen this before. A loft-style bunk room!!! The space is small, but tolerable. Shower accessories and so on, and so on everything is fine — there is a hairdryer, TV and so on. It's a little noisy, because some horsemen + police are constantly running around the street.
The receptionist got a great guy, made a discount for renting a room directly without booking. In short, I recommend 100%
Great hotel. We took a large room with two bedrooms and a living room. There is everything you need, there was no kettle in the room - they asked the staff. The room is clean, fine linen and towels. There are all soap accessories. Downtown, but the room was quiet. The hotel is large in an old building. We took accommodation with breakfast - great, we liked everything. Price-quality by 5 points.
A good hotel, located almost in the very center, it is convenient to get from everywhere, near souvenir shops, cafes, fountains with drinking water, the main square is a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean, cleaned every day, there were dental kits, gels, soap, shampoos, towels, slippers, napkins. A pleasant young man was sitting at the reception. The only disadvantages were that the window was shuttered and, accordingly, sunlight did not penetrate into the room and there was no view from the window; and it was a little cold in the room at night
The best thing is the location. The hotel is located in the very center of the city. We took a room without breakfast, so we can't rate the food. The staff tries hard, fulfills requests, and speaks Russian. The room was warm, we were in January. We lived on the ground floor next to the reception, which is not very pleasant. A room on two levels is not comfortable for living, I do not recommend booking one. The ceilings on the second floor are terrible. Towels were changed every day, and cleaning was done, but only downstairs.
A great hotel in the city center. Spacious rooms, delicious and varied breakfasts. There are no words at all about the staff, like all Gyumrians, they are sincere and responsive. Thank you.
It's a very nice place, my son and I took two of the most budget rooms, 111 and 113. About 2 thousand rubles a day. Very cool, the bed is on the second floor. The room has a toilet and a shower. It's very authentic, and my son and I really liked it. I'm writing from my room now, the bed is great, I slept well
I needed an inexpensive hotel for one night. The choice was made in favor of Paint. At the time of booking, this was the cheapest option. According to the pictures on the website, it was not very clear what the room was like, but the most important thing for me was the presence of a shower and a bed. What I want to draw your attention to is that the room is not suitable for everyone, but only for physically healthy people. The beds are located in the attic where you need to climb a very steep (almost vertical staircase). It will be very difficult for the elderly and not very healthy people. At the entrance to the room there is a small banquette and a table and then there is a bathroom. The shower cabin is large, but the sinks are very small and the whole thing is split. There is no refrigerator and kettle in the room. There are no cupboards, just a hanger at the entrance. For me personally, these were not the disadvantages of T. I chose a room for one night only. But for a long stay, I do not recommend choosing such a room. The hotel itself is located in the center. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I fell in love with Gyumri at first sight.
High quality, cheap prices
A nice and comfortable bed, good staff and a friendly place
located in the center
just a few steps and you are in the center
the room had air conditioning, it was warm and especially it was good that there was no smoking in the room
if you compare the price and the place, really good for business trips, as well as with family or friends

It's a beautiful building with a disgusting management and administrators who have little interest in their work. I'm not coming back here in any case.
Positive:
Historic building with a beautiful lobby
Location
A good restaurant (but to get to it from the hotel you have to go through an unrepaired cold corridor)
If there are few guests, they make a delicious individual breakfast.
Minuses:
1. There were few guests one day, and in the evening the administrators (two men) smoked in the common hall. The smell was drawn to our room on the 1st floor. There was a 50,000 AMD fine label on the front door. Of course, they didn't admit to smoking.
2. After 23:00, a couple was making noise behind the wall, and our comments were answered with reproaches that they would not rest and limit themselves. The administrators said they didn't have the right to enter the rooms, and I could make things up. We went to the door and heard a noise. We made one call to their room, the reaction was 0. We had to start a scandal in the smoky lobby (they smelled all the things) so that they could move us. They are not aware of the existence of the law on silence in Armenia. If you need to have a noisy party, then feel free to stop here, there will be no obstacles.
3. One day there was a buffet, I got a hair in a pancake. The table itself is sparse.
4. There is a photo of the renovated room on the website. In fact, the rooms on the 1st floor are very old and not comfortable. The only place where you can put your clothes is in the closet next to the bed. There are no hooks/shelves/stools at the entrance. I have to drag my dirty jacket past the bed. Hooks cost pennies, the question of why everything is so inconvenient is open.
My impression of Gyumri was very low compared to Yerevan. The status of the cultural capital is clearly overestimated.
Everything is very good in this hotel, the room is clean, the accessories are available, the breakfast is excellent (very tasty sausages and ketchup), I haven't eaten this for a long time..
Everything is fine, neat, checked in without prior reservation. Breakfast is a buffet (not very plentiful, but it's enough to eat well). Thanks to the staff!
The next time I visit Gyumri, I will stay here.
The polite staff greets you at the entrance. They always go to a meeting. They asked for a corkscrew and glasses - they brought them. A vase for flowers was brought. The iron was needed - it was not refused.
Our room was a post room with a view of the courtyard. It was quiet. Although Gyumri is already quieter after 18 hours.
The bed is good, the mattress is high and it is comfortable to sleep. The bed linen is snow-white, dense and pleasant.
Breakfast starts late at 9. The buffet includes delicious cheesecakes, pancakes with meat, scrambled eggs with bacon, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits and pastries. Instant coffee and tea bags.
I really liked this hotel, if I'm in Gyumri, of course, only there, in the city center, everything is nearby, everything is clean, the service is excellent, all the accessories are there, you can order breakfast, very tasty and affordable 😊
A wonderful and cozy place. The rooms are not super-duper, but everything is clean and working... special thanks to the staff, they are very responsive and executive.
A cozy, clean Soviet-style hotel located in the city center. I was pleased with the availability of underground Parking.
I didn't like the bed, I really feel the springs in the mattress.
I was alone. They forgot about me. One dish was not brought to me, it was considered that it was not in the order.
I was sitting at a long table on the edge, so some guy sat down next to me and the waiter didn't bat an eyebrow - he brought him the menu. I had to ask my uncle to sit down myself. If you are a company, then you will certainly be served with dignity, because you will leave a lot of money. But you can score on a single person.
Nice hotel, rooms in the Stalinist Empire style)
From the bad - the hair dryer was also from the time of Joseph (which one - it doesn't matter, they were all a long time ago), there was no air conditioner for heating (but the room was warm - and this was not a problem).
Good sound insulation.
I gave it 4 stars due to the lack of air conditioning. Another disadvantage is that breakfast starts at 8 a.m., and not at 7 a.m., as everywhere in Europe and Asia. And so, in general, it's not bad
It is advisable to have at least one bottle of water next to the cups. It is desirable that the refrigerator is full of drinks and, say, sweets or sweets. Preferably, the TV should be a little bigger.
Very convenient location, fifty meters from the main square of the city.
The rooms are very spacious and bright.
Excellent cuisine, in addition to the restaurant in the hotel there is a cafe called "Hello" with a very friendly staff.
In general, the hotel has a very friendly atmosphere.
There is always an opportunity to contact the head, Vardan, who will be happy to answer any questions and help you get acquainted with the cultural capital of Armenia, the city of Gyumri.
