We vacationed in Arabella in September 2024.., we liked the hotel and the location, it is more convenient to go to the beach through the underpass of the neighboring Antique hotel. We leave the hotel and go to the right, pass a small market, a bus stop, then there will be a small parking lot on the right, go down, pass by the car to the left and an underground passage on the left, go to the beach of the Antique hotel, go to the right, after parking the boats our beach. Towels are provided free of charge, the exchange is charged $ 1, if you used the paid services of the hammam, then the exchange is free.
The food in the restaurant is normal, there were trout, steaks, lamb kebab, chicken and turkey daily, more than enough for four. We lived in a new building with a view of the pool and the sea, there are two beds in the room, a TV, three Russian channels, bedside tables, cabinets, gel, shampoo, hair conditioner are updated daily in the bathroom.
The staff is polite, no complaints, the tourist assistant Serdar is always on duty, ready to help with any questions and talk)) . I liked the rest, I recommend the hotel.
We had a rest in the middle of July.We had a great vacation.The sea and the entrance are a fairy tale.The staff is very friendly. Especially many thanks to the massage service. Manager Arslan and two masseuse girls Melissa and Anisha are masters of their craft - they perfectly complemented our vacation. The room has a good view of the mountains and a 5-star hotel. The food is varied. Thanks to the chefs for the delicious fish and dessert. Meat of all kinds was also pleasing. One small disadvantage is poor animation: weak shows and few discos. I recommend the hotel-the place is not noisy, clean, cozy, and most importantly the sea is 5+
The hotel is clean, the staff is very polite. The food was dietary, lots of fruits, Turkish sweets, fish and meat were often cooked on the outdoor veranda. Special thanks at the reception to Mohamed, who always responded to help. One of the disadvantages is the remoteness of the beach. Very weak Internet connection, or rather it is available only at the reception.
We had a rest at the end of May.
Of the advantages:
1. Nice interior, nice rooms;
2. An acceptable varied diet;
3. Excellent staff;
4. Music by the pool and slides;
5. Great beach.
Minuses:
1. There are no air conditioners in the rooms, there is a ventilation system and when these fans are turned on, there is a terrible smell from the ducts;
2. Noise insulation is terrible, on the one hand there is a road, on the other a dining room, on the third another hotel with animation (it did not work out to sleep);
3. Greens are poorly washed, the greens are all dirty, once there was rotten milk;
4. There is no Wi-Fi, nothing catches in the lobby, you will be left without Internet or for three dollars you can buy Internet for 1 day for 1 person;
5. There is practically no animation for adults and children, older children suffer from idleness, it is necessary to add tables with air hockey, remove tennis tables into the room, add board games, turn on slides in the pool more often;
6. Snacks before lunch and on the beach are just terrible, it is impossible to eat.
Separately, I would like to note the spa, when a person goes to the spa, he goes to relax, and not to listen about crooked pelvises, backs, etc. and that it is urgently necessary to do a course of PROFESSIONAL massage therapists who will fix everything.
The hotel is on a solid C, it's clearly not a 4.
Do not take a tour on a pirate ship, there is no normal animation, 20 minutes will dance with your children and 20 minutes a foam party, an hour of walking around Alanya (instead of the promised 1.5 hours), the remaining 5 hours you will admire the road there and back (I took a similar tour in Egypt, there was a real show with pirates), and they are completely lazy here, they make money on everything, photographers are especially annoying, in fact you will only have a photo shoot from the locals on a pirate ship. ($65 for three people with a child came out)
We also went to the marine park, $ 147 (me and the child), took an excursion from a local tour operator, he sold the same excursion to others for $ 110 (two adults)!! It's all about siphoning off money.
We could have gone to a good five, but decided to save a little bit, as a result, excursions and a spa turned out to be more expensive than a five-star hotel.
Very clean, friendly staff, varied and delicious food (a separate star for tortillas on the beach and "night soup"). There is always clean water in the pool, a super DJ with super music by the pool. A good beach, the entrance to the sea is gentle, but not to the point of "finely annoying", often waves.
Of the minuses, this is wifi - free, just no and only at the reception and still the way to the sea. He's on the road with a car, in the heat I think it's not enough to go high. You can walk along the beach, but decently longer. Oh, and the noise from the road. You can't sleep with the window open if you're not used to it.
Despite these disadvantages, the advantages cover everything with a vengeance.
We vacationed with my husband at this hotel from October 16 to 24, 2024.
A 4* budget hotel, two buildings with two elevators in each.
The journey from the airport took 3 hours with the transportation of tourists to other hotels, it is tedious.
During the day, the air temperature is +25 in the shade, the evenings are cool +17, the water in the sea is +26 degrees.
We had a spacious room on the 4th floor with a double and a single bed, with a balcony and sea view. Upon check-in, we asked for such a room, and it was kindly provided to us.
The view from the balcony is beautiful, however, right next to the hotel there is a busy highway that connects Antalya with Alanya.
The noise from passing cars is around the clock, you can only sleep with the balcony closed, because of this, we are unlikely to return here next vacation, we will choose a hotel without a noisy highway nearby.
The staff is executive, they try to make your vacation go well, fulfill all requests and wishes.
For lunch and dinner, there is always a selection of chicken, turkey, beef and fish dishes.
We drank beer and white wine from alcohol, normally.
The beach has its own free sun beds, umbrellas and a bar with soft drinks. You need to cross the road via an underpass, then turn right about 400 m.
The beach itself in the village of Avsallar is excellent, sandy, with a smooth entrance to the sea, no slabs in the sea, as in Alanya itself.
The hotel has a heated swimming pool with 3 slides, the slides are open from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16 hours daily. You can also play table tennis and darts.
At the entrance to the hotel, a cute decorative rabbit lives in a cage to the left of the guards.
The hotel administration, I appeal to you, please make a sign for vacationers in Russian and German that the rabbit cannot be fed bread, it will die!
Unfortunately, the children of the vacationers with us fed him only bread, this can not be done!
Rabbits can only be fed with hay, lettuce leaves, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, zucchini and apples.
We had a rest in May. I liked everything mostly. The beach is sandy and clean, the sea is wonderful. It's true that it takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach.The food is delicious, the beer is not bad, the wine. Strong alcohol seems to be diluted, but it's okay in cocktails. The animation is not very good, but there were 6 of us, so we were not bored. The Internet is only in the reception area (very poor). Regarding the spa, everything is not bad and there is a sauna, a swimming pool, and a Turkish bath. There is a massage, but I would not say that it is therapeutic. An advertised massage therapist who charges a lot. My husband has back problems, we were promised that a massage would help, if it did not help, the money would be returned. Massage not only did not help, but also hurt. My husband left with a swollen leg. We paid 200 euros for 5 massages. Two times this masseur wasn't even there, there was a girl. We were refunded 60 euros. The shops at the hotel are good, the prices are the same as at the market. The market is about a 40-minute walk from the hotel. A good market, a big one.Almost everyone speaks Russian.
I liked the hotel. The staff is friendly, requests were fulfilled immediately. The rooms are bright. Good cuisine, there was enough of everything. It's not far from the sea, the beach is private. On the beach you can have a snack and drink tea, coffee, juices. But!!!!!!!! The hotel is located on a very busy road. You open the balcony, it's very noisy, even at night. There is an air conditioner, I don't like them. And the noise from them is small, but there is. And the road to the sea is specific. There is no sidewalk, you walk along a narrow road where cars drive.
End of September, beginning of October-excellent weather,sea 28,daytime air up to 30, but not hot, sea breeze.One of the best beaches of the coast near the hotel.Avsalar district, bay.Hotel 2nd line,close to the sea,10 min walk.Meals for 5 for four, varied every day.The animation is noisy, as it is everywhere, it did not bother us.Surprisingly, no one uses towels on beach beds (as is customary among our compatriots).The contingent-Russians, Poles, Germans, Ukrainians-all rested together.One of the hotels in Turkey, where I would go again.
The hotel fully complies with the price-quality criterion. A wonderful sandy beach is located across the road (underpass) and 400 m to the right along the shore. The food is good, varied, grilled dishes every day, fruits according to the season (apples, pears, melon, watermelon, peaches, plums, bananas). High-quality service, all issues are resolved immediately. The only disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of evening animation. If you want a budget vacation by the sea, come here. The bonus is the Waikiki shopping store + market.
We had a rest in September 2024. We got a nice spacious room with a balcony. The room has working air conditioning and plumbing. The toilet drain was repaired instantly. The shower with bathtub, shampoo, gel and conditioner were changed daily during cleaning. The room was cleaned daily with the replacement of towels by a smiling, friendly woman. The room also had a small but working refrigerator and a TV with two Russian channels. There was a dryer on the balcony. There was a concert venue right below us. It was super loud, but by eleven everything was quiet, and I could watch the artists right from the balcony.
The food was varied. Meat and fish every day. A huge number of different vegetables: sliced, stewed and grilled. Cheeses and jams in the assortment, sausage, porridges, seasonings, eggs, yogurt, olives of any kind, sweets and cakes, pies. From fruits: watermelon, melon, awesome pears, real plums, sweet oranges, wonderful grapefruit, well, no apples. from drinks: pineapple cherry, apple juices. Turkish tea, of course, coffee is not bad, Tuborg beer is quite beer-friendly, dry wine is rubbish, whiskey and vodka. Water, by the way. The bartender makes cocktails. The staff is polite and friendly.
The people were multilingual, but there were a lot of Russians and Belarusians. No scandals were noticed. A lot of people came with small children. The most interesting thing was to watch them in the dining room. And the young waiters, while cleaning the dishes, also made fun of the children, tried to entertain them.
The hotel has its own plot on a wide sandy beach with a toilet, cabins and a bar. Drinks at the bar, except alcohol, are free. There is a shower and a sand flushing. The entry into the sea is smooth and clean, without stones. The large beach is not fenced off and you can swim or walk along the entire beach for two kilometers. There were waves all the days, there is no breakwater, but you can jump on the waves, even more fun. The beach is a 7-10 minute walk along a driveway. Some people don't like it, but in Turkey they easily drive on sidewalks, so you always need to keep your eyes open.
The hotel is conveniently located. The market, shops and pharmacies in Avassalar are a kilometer away, and even less to Waikiki in Turkler.
For your money, a very good vacation. Decent, but no frills.
I'll only give a minus for the lunch box. We had an early departure for an excursion. The day before, we ordered a dry ration for the morning, and they gave it to us in the morning: a dried crumbled bun with a small piece of incomprehensible sausage and a tasteless apple. All. Okay, you also guessed to stock up on water the day before. We stayed hungry. It's kind of undignified for this hotel.
Oh well. In the end: we recommend it for a good budget holiday, but you need to take care of breakfast at an early check-out yourself.
A solid four, there is something to compare it with. The rooms are nice, the air conditioning is clean and quiet.
The food is delicious, there was always enough. The only thing is not to take milk, it is sour. There is no crush in the dining room, there are always empty tables. We have never occupied sun beds before, in the fourth we always found free sun beds by the pool and at sea. There were no broken sunbeds, all the sunbeds were with mattresses. The beach is sand. It takes about seven minutes to walk to the beach. The hotel has practically no territory, but we didn't really need it. Now about the cons, DIRTY DISHES IN THE DINING ROOM, I have never seen such dirty dishes. Animation can be said to be missing. The contingent of vacationers is 80% Russian, it has always been quiet and peaceful. In general, I liked the hotel, it's worth the money.
Nice hotel
A great small area, but everything is very convenient
The guys animators are well done-funny
Not intrusive
According to nutrition, everything is fine
You won't stay hungry
The sea is good
Wonderful sunsets-everything is beautiful
Not far from the center of Avsalar, with lots of shops and restaurants
I went solely for the sake of the sea, so I liked everything
I recommend
Very good staff. The sea view rooms are, to put it mildly, noisy from the road, you definitely can't sleep with the window open, but the view is good. They clean well, the hotel is clean. The food is not very diverse, but you will bring your extra pounds. The pool is clean. In general, Avsallar is a good place to relax, but perhaps it would be more interesting to stay in a hotel closer to the center of the village. Otherwise, the location is good, close to shops and rental, we were satisfied without any complaints. Price/quality. The beach is wonderful, one of the best of the local hotels.
If you have the opportunity to rent another hotel for the same money, TAKE IT!... Maybe it will be better there, which is quite likely...
the most memorable thing about this hotel is the used women's pad stuck to the door in the locker room by the pool. And most likely, she wasn't there for the first day(
The contingent is Turks
They behave as they want, at the pool the DJ turns on the minus Turkish music for them and they shout into the microphone at the whole hotel.
The kitchen is sparse
Bar - well, don't make me laugh)
Bottled cocktails are served at the bar, and you'll find them ready. And what is most interesting, in ordinary 0.25 plastic cups.
Exchange towels = 1€
Weigh your luggage before departure = 1€
Wi-Fi is paid (it is available for free in the lobby, but it is either very slow or does not work at all).
Perhaps it just so happened that we came across such situations. But the fact remains. I recommend looking for another hotel in this price range.
We returned from this hotel the other day. A great foursome. Of the advantages, excellent food (chefs get paid for a reason), convenient location (shops are within walking distance, a bazaar comes once a week (Wednesday or Thursday), where you can buy goodies cheaper than in the same stores), good service. Good drinks (beer, cocktails). We lost the key card, replaced it for free, although we were warned before checking in that there would be a fine for loss. We checked out of the hotel at 7.20 local time and although breakfast starts at 7.30 we were allowed to come early and eat before the road. Of the disadvantages, this is the road to the beach, runs along the highway along the hotels standing on the first coastline. If there is an opportunity, we will come here again with pleasure.
I had a rest in May 2024. A ticket for 1 person cost 66 thousand rubles. The impression of the hotel is twofold. We moved into an old building in a room on the 2nd floor with a sea view. I've never had a worse night. The noise from the road is constant even with the windows closed. It was not possible to sleep. I went to the reception to ask to move me, the young tall receptionist said that there were no available rooms, but if I paid $ 100, he would move me to a nice room in the new building across the bridge. I was shocked by the arrogance of the Turks! Previously, they asked for 10-20 dollars for this. Somehow I slept with a pillow on my head until morning. In the morning, the administrator was replaced by a middle-aged man. He asked for $ 50, I agreed and I was moved to a new building on the 4th floor overlooking a 5-star hotel. They warned that the music of this hotel would be blaring until 23 o'clock, since the bowl where the animation was performed was right under the windows. And this was done only because I came with a support group from the hammam, where I paid for a massage course for the entire rest period. They asked me in Turkish for a good room. In the evening, I went shopping on purpose so as not to listen to someone else's animation. If it wasn't for Dr. Olcay's excellent massage, the rest could be called terrible. I met other vacationers, many said that they came to this hotel for the second time only for the sake of this doctor. He comes to work in Russia, Moscow and St. Petersburg. I am waiting for the time of his arrival to be written, I want to undergo a massage course again, I have a curvature of the spine. It was better after his massage. I agree with the rest of the vacationers' comments: the beach is far away, walking along the road past foul-smelling waste tanks is unpleasant, there are few fruits and if you take 1 apple with you without hiding it in your hand, the staff looks askance, the location of the hotel is very unfortunate on a busy highway, there is no territory at all, there is practically no Internet anywhere.
We returned from this hotel on May 9, 2024 with a slight feeling of nostalgia for the warmth of Turkey and the hot sun. I really liked the hotel, for the attitude, for the atmosphere. The administration and staff of the hotel have created a comfortable atmosphere so much that the rest is a pleasure, I suspected that they claim 5 stars, a good stylish interior, landscaping, landscaping of the reception area, everything is thought out for the little things, I even liked the background classical music)). But here is the location of the beach and the sea across the street and to the side (as well as in many hotels in Turkey) I didn't like the fact that it was small, although it may be a plus for vacationers with children. To summarize, it's great for an off-season vacation. There is another side effect. I got better thanks to wine and a variety of desserts. Now I have to lose 2 extra kg, but it's my own fault.
Nice hotel. The room is clean, nice, overlooking the pool and the sea. The food is good, you will not stay hungry, everything is in abundance. There were not enough appliances in the restaurant during rush hour, but the problem was quickly solved. I really liked soups and sweets. The beach is good, there were always enough sunbeds, the toilet on the beach is clean. The sea is just super, the entrance to the sea is sand, which is very good with children. One minus is the road to the beach along the road where cars are driving.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, if I could, I would come back here again. I recommend. Meals for 3+, location for 3+, service for 3+, Wi-Fi is free for 1, paid for 5+.
The hotel changed its concept to Three Stars a year ago, but it didn't feel like that, I give it a solid four.
The rooms are clean, the new buildings have modern repairs, there is audibility from the road, and a lot, but I was saved by earplugs because I sleep lightly on my own, my daughter slept fine without them.
Food _ you will not stay hungry in any way, breakfast: eggs, sausages, porridge, omelette, cereals and a bunch of all sorts of cuts. Lunch and dinner for me _ abundance! There were always two types of meat for dinner, everything was delicious, the meat was not soy, the vegetables were fresh. Fruits : bananas, peaches, melon, watermelon, grapes.
Decent local alcohol, cocktails (mojito, whiskey cola) , red and white wine are good, beer is not soapy straight, normal.
There is no alcohol on the beach, but nothing stops you from pouring alcohol from the hotel into a bottle, freezing it and drinking on the beach (don't thank me :)
There is one adult pool and a tiny children's pool for babies, three slides are turned on in the morning and after lunch for two hours (more than enough)
The sea is just super! The beach is sandy, the entrance is smooth, there were always enough sunbeds, the beach is private but not fenced, there is no theft, we always had phones, left them and went swimming. Beach towels are provided free of charge, but washing for $ 1 each time) we were with our own and did not take hotel towels at all. The road to the sea along the understudy of the main road, there are few cars. but! There is another great way through the passage of another hotel _ if you immediately turn left and follow the path along the highway, after 200 meters you can find an underground passage of another hotel.
Animation_ my 9-year-old daughter liked everything, a program for 30 minutes by the pool in the afternoon, games for everyone. An animator works in the game room for about an hour. In the evening, there is a standard children's dancing hour and something for adults.
In short: we had a great rest! And if you look for cons, it will be impossible to rest anywhere))) We liked everything!
We were in the last week of July in a family room on the 6th floor of the second building.
It takes about 1.5 hours from Antalya airport.
Budget 4ka. It consists of two buildings connected by a bridge. A very small area, where they tried to place the maximum. The composition of tourists: Russians, Poles, Germans, Romanians, Azerbaijanis, Kazakhs, Kyrgyz, British, French and Turks themselves.
First, the cons:
- stuffy! This is the first and, perhaps, the most important disadvantage. Everywhere, except for the gym and conference room, it's stuffy. In both buildings there are several oases where you can catch the cool (near the reception desk, in the mentioned halls, in the corridor near the elevators on the 4th and 6th floors of the second building). Otherwise, it's hot and stuffy. The temperature in the elevators on the scoreboard is +30 °. Even the room is stuffy. And the family room on the second floor is even more stuffy and hot. That is, the air conditioning system does not stand up to any criticism.
- dirty dishes and appliances in the dining room (in the restaurant that is). Moreover, there were a couple of days when the plates creaked from cleanliness, and in spoons, forks and knives you could look like in a mirror, but the rest of the time - as luck would have it.
- there are no teaspoons. At all. It's strange, but a fact.
- there is no place to get hot water: there is no kettle in the room, there is no cooler in the hallway.
- well, a very small bathroom for a family room. 2x2. There's nowhere to put toothbrushes and so on. The towel rack is directly above the toilet.
- the road is nearby, this is the Antalya - Alanya highway, the traffic is intense 24/7, and you can hear it well in the open areas.
- there hasn't been a renovation for a long time. The coolest rarity is the treadmills in the gym. A lot of things just don't work.
- ice cream, billiards, Internet and scales at the reception are available for a fee. The Internet is found in public areas, but only to receive/send a message.
- the road to the beach is on the alternate route without a sidewalk, that is, you have to look around like a fighter pilot every 40 seconds. Along this road there are 3 more points with garbage cans, which stink strongly in the heat.
- the beach is full of smokers and cigarette butts. Smokers come and go, but the cigarette butts remain in the sand next to the sunbeds..
Now the pros:
+ the price somehow justifies the disadvantages;
+ the food in the dining room is decent. Fruits are swept away quickly, but in general there are not many queues at the distribution, the food is varied and delicious.
+ friendly and intelligent staff. There is no delight in the eyes, but everyone is in their places and doing their job. In Russian, English, German, they will understand you and even tell you something. If you know Turkish, they will be happy.
+ The SPA is worth a visit.
+ the beach is generally OK, despite the smokers. There is no problem finding a free sunbed. Sometimes it's a problem to find a sunbed in the shade. The towels lying on the sun beds are dealt with without ceremony. Forgotten items are easy to find in the bar. There is a shower, foot wash, toilet, changing cabins. The water is clean, the waves are strong, but everyone likes it anyway, you can see small fish and crabs in the water. For fans, there is a lot of entertainment such as boating, behind the boat and above the boat.
+ within walking distance of a store with "Russian products" and a tour desk with LC Waikiki, pharmacies, all kinds of shops, ATMs and camel rides. UnionPay card is accepted in small shops and waikiki, not accepted in migros and bim.
To sum up, the hotel is not an outstanding one. He is in his niche, and judging by the composition of tourists, he is popular with pragmatic people and people who are not willing to pay more. But something has to be done about the heat and stuffiness. This is something that is difficult to ignore.
If you bought your vacation at this hotel, change it to another one immediately.We always rest in budget fours, but here there is a clear three.You will stay hungry!All 10 days we ate boiled eggs and bread and butter for breakfast, it is impossible to eat sausages, they are wooden!Fried eggplant is also offered for tomorrow...For lunch, only chicken, in some disgusting sauce, sticky pasta.There's a huge queue for dinner because people are hungry all day.You can really eat for dinner.And sometimes mashed potatoes, and vegetables, and meat on skewers, and fish, and chicken are delicious. 1 time we were given dumplings, sliced chili peppers inside-Smoke went out of our ears.Cakes are out of competition.In general, you can eat boiled eggs, bread, butter, French fries, and meat for dinner, if you have time to grab it.The buns are disassembled very quickly!!!There is a queue to get to China for baking on the street.There is no question of any Turkish tortillas.Many dishes are not brought again.If it's over, that's it, a red rag.The animation is average, some nonsense in the evenings, boring and not interesting.Amateurs are dancers and singers.The rooms are dirty, cleaned with a dirty rag-it stinks all over the room.The room also smells of sewage from the sink and shower.We checked in at 22 pm, couldn't wash, there was no hot water...The air conditioner often did not work, the batteries in the remote control ran out (old ones are inserted), then the remote control was rebooted to us so that it would work.They even left 1-2 dollars, but the cleaning was just as bad.The whole floor is covered in sand.The sea and the beach save everything.Clean sand, gentle sunset, clear warm sea...It is impossible to swim in the pool, the hair endlessly clings to the fingers.Once, in broad daylight, the pool was blocked and suddenly began to be cleaned, apparently someone complained or got hurt, I don't know.No one is watching the slides, everyone slides into the communal pool.Mothers without heads drag children to this part of the pool because there are 110 cm.And they didn't care that you were going downhill at this time.Let's add people with circles, balls, etc. to them.I don't know where the positive reviews that I read when I bought the tour come from...I advise you to take a hammam outside the hotel.At first, we were told that the child can have foam, hammam and legs lowered to the fish for free.I asked how much you need to pay extra for a child to be given a massage like an adult.I paid 10 euros extra.As a result, the child was not given a massage, but did what they promised for free...It's useless to swear, you can't prove anything, they turn on the back, like you misunderstood, we didn't tell you that.We took a jipping tour not at the hotel, but on the street, we were satisfied.In general, there is not even a thought of returning to this hotel!Never!
A wonderful 4-star hotel! Delicious, clean, cool water slides for kids, animation, just a little walk across the road to the sea.. The most important thing is the sand👌🇹🇷🧋
We were in September 2024, I really liked everything, the sea is gorgeous,fresh milk is straight,the room is super, the restaurant is generally for all 5+, I want to come back again!!!!
I just got back from this hotel. I liked the hotel itself. All requests are fulfilled the first time. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean, the bed linen was changed once a week and the towels were changed twice. The beach is not far away. But the road is terrible. As such, there is no sidewalk, cars go in both directions, if with children, then keep an eye on them. The beach is small, I liked it. There is a bar on the beach, where you can have a snack and drink. The sea is gorgeous! There is sand under your feet. The sea is quite shallow, the children have plenty of space. If you go away from the shore, it's deeper there and it's a pleasure to swim. The food is normal. Meat every day, there was often fish. Apples, oranges, grapefruits, medlars, bananas. Everything is fine and wonderful, but I will not return to this hotel. The biggest disadvantage is the road on which the hotel stands. Very noisy, heavy traffic. You open the balcony, it is impossible to sleep from the noise, even at night the movement does not stop, only the closed balcony door and air conditioning remain. I don't like air conditioners. I am attaching a photo of the road to the beach.
I had a rest in May 2023, I liked the hotel, solid 4, for a relaxing stay, the staff is Russian-speaking, charming Aysegul with a sweet smile,helped fill out the documents. Nazım and Cetin are very tactful, friendly, and escorted to the room. The room is clean, cleaning is done daily, towels and all bathroom accessories were changed, everything worked in the room.The food is varied, everything is delicious and satisfying thanks to the team of chef Hüseyin Kaplan, the waiters are very attentive, pleasant, smiling.Many thanks to Ella for her attention and a tour of the hotel in the first hours of arrival (it is very important for guests, because it is necessary to navigate where to be). The animators did not let you get bored , day and evening .The beach is clean, small, beach towels are provided, sun beds are always free, but it takes 7-10 minutes to walk from the hotel. You can eat on the beach.In general, I was satisfied with the rest . I recommend the hotel. It is not the first time I have vacationed in Turkey and there is something to compare it with .
We had a family vacation in July 2023. I liked everything very much. The private beach is a 7-minute walk from the hotel. The sea is a fairy tale. The beach is sandy and clean. The room is small, but there was enough room for us. Cleaning is daily, bed linen was not changed, towels were changed once. We didn't have any questions about food at all. Everything is delicious, there is regular food, pasta and potatoes, chicken. A large selection of cheeses, salads and desserts. It's a very good wine. I didn't like cocktails. I would like to mention the very friendly staff. I recommend you to visit.
I don't want to go there again🤔
1 you will not starve, but peaches were given 2 times a week, so also halves.but on Tuesdays, salmon with big steaks, but not enough for everyone
2 rooms are good, but the air conditioning is not regulated by 20 degrees, without a remote control, you have to turn it on and off at night, and it's cold under the covers and there are no blankets
3 the beach is good, the sand, but walking for 10-15 minutes, it will be hard with the little ones
4 the animation makes the room noisy in the evenings
5 there is no guide from anex, only 1 time in the restaurant I climbed for salmon without queuing in front of my husband😂
6 wifi is available at the reception, but it does not ship, you will not wait
Of course, the hotel is good, I can't say anything, but damn, we were charged 35 bucks for losing the room card, Wi-Fi is paid $ 3 per day, the pool is open until 18.00. The beach is very beautiful, clean sand, beer on the beach is paid, entertainment is so-so, well, children like it. The food is great, this is a plus for the hotel, such a variety is great, there are burgers that are cooked in the basement but they are until 16.00. By the way, alcohol, they say that the bar is open until 12, but in fact at 10 p.m. they don't pour anything anymore. If you are a pensioner or a married couple with children, the hotel is the same. There's nothing for party people to do here)))
I recently visited Arabella, I liked the hotel, the fact matches the description. There are no complaints about the rooms and cleanliness, the hotel staff is quite friendly to Russians. The pool with slides is clean, the sun loungers in the afternoon are usually occupied, but if you sit in the bar and wait, you can take the vacant one. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the beach, the sand is not shallow, there are water activities nearby (banana, pills, parachute for a fee), I think it's convenient, but there were also dissatisfied people. The food is fine, but not great (not 5 *) for someone there is little fruit, for others there is no porridge in the morning or tortillas in the afternoon. I was fine, I'm not addicted to food, I eat vegetables, cheeses and chicken and all that. About alcohol, I can tell you that the beer tastes normal, the cancer is also tolerable, I haven't tried the rest. Animators entertain both children and adults during the day.
Good time of the day. I want to warn everyone - this is the most terrible hotel I've ever been to. And I fly to Turkey 3-4 times a year. In 2023, I chose this hotel. I was alone and they put me in a bungalow next to the sea. While I was walking to the room, I was blooming with happiness. That's all. The flowers are over. My room faced the road. A small balcony allowed me to see a piece of the sky, because my balcony was 3 meters below the road. And it was not just a city road but a highway, and the constant roar of cars even with the doors tightly closed was very loud. In addition, there were some pipes on the balcony and it constantly stank of shit. And that's not all. I was just being eaten by mosquitoes because the front door had a huge gap between the floor and the door. I turned to the reception desk. They said there were no numbers. Although there were enough rooms next to the sea view and in the central building. And they gave an aerosol from mosquitoes. Instead of sea air, I breathed dichlorophos. I had to buy another hotel for a week. When I moved (and I informed the tour operator) I was offered to move to the central building. Well, you probably know that the Turks do not return money. I lived in San Maretim (now it has a new name) for a week. I returned to the hotel for 2 nights, there was no point in carrying things. And I returned to hell for 2 nights. The treatment at the reception is just rude!!!!!! And the price I paid last year was 130,000 rubles per person. That's such a horror, not for little money.
We rested at the hotel in early October. The hotel is small, the food is delicious, lots of fruit. There is no animation really, it's boring, so we walked outside the hotel in the evenings. The rooms were cleaned, the staff was attentive. The pool is already cold at this time, the froghouse is generally icy (I didn't have time to warm up in the shade), so we were on the beach all the time. The beach is very nice, the entrance is sandy, ideal with children. There were always enough sunbeds. The road to the beach is not tedious, 7 minutes with children. To sum up, a good hotel for your money.
from the position that we were with a small child of 1.5 g, there are disadvantages, but not critically straight
-
The road to the beach, through the underground then the roadway (10 minutes)
Noisy in the evening
Far from the airport
There is no play area for children
+
Food, but dishes are poorly washed
Cleanliness, but the room cleaning is so-so
Beach sand, sea, sunset
Spa area and massages (admin Ella, thanks to her, told in detail everything at once about the hotel, unlike the admin at the reception)
The hotel is basically not bad in June, everything was more or less, the rest in September is terrifying with the attitude of the staff at the bar, at the reception, animators.The dining room at breakfast impresses with a choice of dishes except boiled eggs and low-grade sausages , you can't find anything , and sorry , once there were only half-baked pancakes . The end of the season is a failure for the hotel and the manager
A decent 4* hotel. The rooms are cleaned regularly, there is always something to eat. The variety of dishes is modest. The hotel's beach is a 10-minute walk away. The entrance is shallow, the best for children. The guides at the hotel are very helpful, the SPA is excellent, especially the massage therapists Yusuf and Oljai were pleased. Oljai does a massage and sets the spine straight.
The animation is very frustrating, there is no prof. There is no medical or sports education. Also, if you do not want to take away a crying child, then do not go to the nursery either.
I had a rest in August 2023. I liked the hotel, it is ideal for families with children.The staff is friendly. The hotel's infrastructure is very convenient. I especially liked the hammam area - everything is clean and beautiful. Special thanks to the chiropractor- Oljey, it's not the first time I've come because of his massage. Back pain goes away for a long time.
The hotel is perfect for mothers with children, that's why: men usually like meat and various alcohol. Here the meat (cutlets, sausages) were not very natural (read soy). During the week of rest, meat- meat was 2 days only. All other days there is always chicken (or turkey) and fish. Always! There are a lot of different cheeses and olives. Lots of vegetables, greens, fruits. Delicious pastries in the snack bar and on the grill in the main restaurant. We drank beer (delicious), dry white and red wine did not impress us, there were cocktails (all chemical, as well as baby juices).We had a rest from July 7 to July 14. There were apples, watermelons, melons, plums, oranges and apricots. A lot of desserts are delicious. For us, the company of 3 girls (mom, daughter and I) had more than enough food.
Next, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea. The coastline is considered 2, but there are also 5 beaches, so the distance to such a gorgeous beach is not a problem. The road to the beach is not uphill, but along the way, down the stairs. The beach is very nice, there are enough sun loungers for everyone.
The room cleaning is wonderful, every day. Change of towels 1 time in 2 days. We were tipped 2 euros at first and every day they brought us shampoos and gels, etc.
The staff is polite, the service is excellent.
For me, it's an excellent price/quality ratio, but don't expect it to be like in 5k.
I liked the hotel, the food was normal, there were a lot of fruits in April (apples, oranges, tangerines, bananas, grapefruit). The second line, but not far from the sea, the sea is gorgeous, sand. The disadvantage is that there is no animation.
Everything is fine, it was in the first half of October, the only inconvenience is the noise from the road - for those who care about silence.It didn't bother me, I liked everything.
We rested at this hotel in early August, just returned,a great hotel,the rooms are clean,we lived in a new building,everything is new,cleaning is done without problems,we went to Turkey for the sake of the sea, so we were satisfied with everything, we really liked the hotel, we were met by a guy named Ibrahim who told us everything about the hotel,he showed us where and what is located, he stays in hotels all day and can always prompt and answer our questions, this hotel has the most luxurious massage, we went to the chiropractor Oljai, for this massage I think I will go to the same hotel next year.
We had a rest at the end of July 2023 . Overall, the hotel is good..the food is delicious (there was meat and fish and delicious pies..we were given fruits, alcohol not diluted) the sea is clean, the beach is sandy (minus the road to the beach through trash cans and along the roadway) we visited the spa.. massage course at OLCAY TEMEL - chiropractor..He has magic hands..I fixed the scaleosis and aligned my daughter's legs (one leg was shorter than the other)
PS: thank you for a wonderful vacation 🤩
A wonderful place, we rested for 10 days, balconies with sea views, everything is within walking distance, the staff is excellent, the kitchen is for every taste and color
We are resting in that hotel now. It's a hellish hell!! Noise from all sides! On one side there is a road, cars are rushing along it day and night. There is no insulation in the door to the balcony, it feels like the bed is on the side of the highway. On the other hand, right next to the hotel, animation is hammering until late in the evening. In addition, there is a dining room downstairs in our building and dishes rattle during the day, as if they just throw it. To get to the sea, you have to walk along an asphalt road past garbage dumps in the heat. In general, I do not advise anyone.
Nice hotel 👍
There is a guide Gosha on the beach, we took a yacht tour from him, we really liked it, we celebrated our son's birthday there. Everyone is delighted, I recommend it!
The only drawback is the free Internet, but that's why it's free. So everything is beautiful, the pool, the bar, the spa, the beautiful flowers on the territory, are cleaned almost every day.
Well, the road to the sea is not very close, or it seems long because of the smell of garbage all along the way)
The animation is not perfect. Three for the hotel, two for the smell
Of the minuses: a small area, only one bar is open in the evening and only until 23h, and there are crowds of people for almost endless monotonous cocktails. A disgusting and dangerous road to the beach. The lack of free internet even in the lobby. Queues for grilled dishes. The absence of a lifeguard or someone keeping order on the water slides.
