Disgusting attitude towards the guests.

Or to get a tip. But tips are given for a reason, but for HIGH-quality service. It is difficult to expect this here.
To change the towels at least 3 times, wait 2-3 hours (!!!).
In addition, they do not hesitate to lie: it was written in the announcement of the shipment that the restaurant would be open (at
04-30!) and this was confirmed by the administrator at the reception in the evening. In the morning, it turned out that the restaurant was not open so early. And that this is a mistake of the tour operator. But then why does the specialist at the reception confirm this information? And if you see what is indicated incorrectly, then you can cross it out, correct it with a proofreader, or verbally tell about the inaccuracy. No, they confirm it.
The food is monotonous, tasteless. During the week, the breakfast menu has not changed once, except that on the first day there was an omelet, on all other days there was none. There was no alternative at all. It was simply excluded from the menu.
Conclusion it is better not to go to this hotel.

A good hotel, there is a Russian-speaking administrator. Cleaning every day, if you leave a dinar, towels are changed. We had bad wi-fi in the room, everything is fine in the lobby with the connection. Breakfast buffet starts at 6.30 am, which is convenient if you leave early for excursions.
