My daughter went to this pool from August 2024 to February 2025
At first it seemed to us that the place was quite good, but then it started
On the very first subscription, our coach allegedly got sick (why allegedly? Because he wrote one thing to us and another to the administrators)
No one warned us. The babysitter and her daughter took a ride there, they were told, alas, there would be no training
Then we waited 2 or 3 weeks for the coach to recover. No one made any substitutions. The child was simply left without classes. OK, I got sick, it happens to everyone.
A month passes and the situation repeats itself)) The coach got "sick"
again, and no one warned him.
A babysitter with a small child just rolled into the pool.
And then the fun started) the coach was feeding us breakfast. Every day he said that he would come to the next training session and did not come)) the administrators also did not call back and did not put a replacement)
I made a scene, they apologized, said it wouldn't happen again)
Well, tadaaam)
It takes another month and a half and the miracle coach is "sick" again 😁
As you already understood, the babysitter and the child came to the pool again and found out after the fact)
We asked to change the coach.
My daughter worked out with the new coach 2 times and he got sick 😁😁😁
The babysitter wrote to him whether he would come to practice - silence
Then we called the administrators, they said they would find out everything and call back)
Well, as you can guess, no one called 😁
We asked for a refund of the full cost of the subscription, as the services were not provided. We train once every two weeks, it's not a service) but we were sent
This is such a wonderful place aquastars)))
Do not repeat our mistakes, do not contact this office))) they don't give a damn about you)

Nice pool, friendly staff. My daughter really liked it. Great coaching staff. We recommend a swimming pool for the whole family.

At the moment, I go to this pool for swimming with a coach. I am very pleased. The pool is clean, the temperature is very comfortable. The changing rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. The staff is super, coach Madiyar pro is attentive, explains everything very clearly and clearly. After classes with the coach, I will definitely go for free swimming.
