We visited the pool in the direction of infant swimming.
1. The staff of administrators leaves much to be desired, are not competent and are not interested in providing high-quality services. They didn't tell us about the app, answered questions vaguely, and didn't have any information that might be necessary for the client. And what struck me is that they don't pay attention when one of the visitors passes by in the street! shoes directly into the pool area.
2. The coach was constantly canceling/rescheduling classes. Sometimes literally 1-2 hours before a workout. The alternative was offered from free windows, not from your comfort.
3. The elevator almost always did not work,
We went for 1 month and never used it because of some kind of breakage, and with a child in your arms it's quite uncomfortable.
In general, I do not recommend it.
The price does not match the quality.

A great place for sports and relaxation, an excellent swimming pool, comfortable water temperature, super Jacuzzi, there is a hammam and a Finnish steam room.

An atmospheric place. A beautiful place, almost in the mountains. Spa option. Everything is for relaxation. The staff is friendly and attentive. Beautiful interior, Clean, warm swimming pool, Jacuzzi with bubbles, saunas. You feel like a millionaire in a private pool.

The location is great. The complex itself is designed perfectly. At first glance, everything is fine. But the bathrooms have already worked their way out and they need to be replaced in a good way.
I like that there are large stained glass windows, but they are not washed.

Excellent swimming pool 👍🏼 There is a sauna, hammam, hot pool with thermal massage, coffee shop. Comfortably. Clear. Normal changing rooms and showers. The staff is friendly. There is swimming training for children of different ages.

Excellent complex, for all 5 stars.
Parking for clients, reception, changing rooms - everything is convenient and comfortable. The baths are always empty and clean.
The Jacuzzi is like a cauldron in hell, very hot)

The gorgeous location of the pool is small, probably in the summer you will like it more in a chaise longue, the Jacuzzi needs repair, and so you can visit for a change, the sauna is hot, which I really liked

The best pool my kids go to. I advise everyone. Clean, cozy. The staff is responsible and helpful, which I really like. Plus there are towels for rent if you forgot.

I always get high in the Jacuzzi. Moreover, it is convenient to warm up in the hammam or sauna, in the shower and relax in the Jacuzzi. The pool is cool too.

Well, I really like it here. The Sorting Room is clean, cozy, warm time is just the thing. One minus is the steam room is weak. It's a bit cold in winter. The staff are good girls. Like girlfriends already. And Zhamakaev is generally super duper. And the staff. And the pool is warm. The Jacuzzi is generally top. The steam is great. In winter, only there. Even if it's too far for us. Thank you to the organizers for such a rest and high.
