A very cool place, the administration is very responsive, the houses are clean, each house has its own terrace, the lake is 70 meters away. There is a huge parking lot. The rooms have 4 beds, 2 double and two single beds, shower, air conditioning, refrigerator, dishes.

Everything is fine! Comfortable, cool, everything is provided. It is planned to open a swimming pool, a shop, and a bar on the territory soon. The prices are reasonable. Overlooking Balkhash, 50-100m to the shore

We rested on July 21-24, 2024, took 2 rooms! I liked everything very much! The houses are clean and cozy. Everything you need to eat, even in every room, is mosquito protection. Dishes, towels are all there! Thank you very much! Prosperity 🫰🏻

The houses were stuck like mushrooms, there is nothing from the word at all on the Territory, and the prices are too high, a family room for 4 costs 40 thousand a day, this is too much. There is not even a playground for children
