I stayed for 5 days. I was very pleased. There is everything you need, everything is clean, in addition to a mini room for one person there is a locker that closes. There is always tea/coffee, a refrigerator, and even a hammam in the kitchen!
I was pleasantly impressed!

There is enough in the room to spend the night. One of the disadvantages is a short-term feeling of fear due to the closeness of the space and the lack of windows.

Excellent location, clean, quiet, in the center, there is a bus to the airport nearby. There is a lot of catering around, shops, bottling plants - all minced meat. There is one drawback - the price: 10K tenge per night, but there is nothing to do - the southern capital. I recommend it to wealthy guys and girls)

This is a hostel where we tried to maintain the level of comfort as in a hotel.
Slippers are provided at the entrance, in which you can also go to the shower.
There is a laundry room with a dryer, where you can put things in order for free in an hour.
There is always free tea in the kitchen, there are breakfasts, lunches, snacks for a small fee.
There is a hammam, gel, shampoo, balm in the shower, everything is quite new and clean.
The AQ itself is not big, so there are no crowds of people in the shower, there is no queue at all.
There are 2 small coworking areas with sockets, you can work quietly.
Administrators solve any problems of the guests, maintain cleanliness and comfort everywhere 24 \ 7. Check-in will be done upon arrival.
Yes, these are not full-fledged rooms, but still you have a private space with a bed, a table and a chair that can be locked with a key, which radically changes the feeling of comfort. There is no window, but good ventilation has been thought out.
There is also a separate locker for outerwear and large items, which is also locked with a key.
Men and women are housed in different blocks.
I lived on the 2nd floor, I didn't need earplugs, it was quiet enough.

A great place for tourists!
Quiet, calm, clean, there is a shower, a hammam.
For an additional fee - breakfast, free tea/coffee.
There are wonderful guys at the reception, responsive and decent!

1) Room 2-2.5 m2:
- one-bedroom bed, very soft;
- mini table and chair;
- hooks and a hanger on it.
2) Kitchen:
-Tea/coffee, sweets (included in the price) - 24/7, + refrigerators (one with snacks is paid)
-There are all dishes, take food and cook.
In the morning, breakfast can be ordered from 8:00 to 13:00.
3) Toilets (clean)/showers/washbasins (sinks) and a HAMMAM!😶🌫️(They usually turn on around 18:00). It's all combined into one zone. There are 2 such zones: -male (far) and;
-female (closer).
4) 2 halls:
- on the ground floor there are sofas, a TV, a long table with chairs, sockets, an ironing room, a reception.
- there are ottomans and tables on the second floor
5) High-speed Wi-Fi. 👍
6) 24/7 laundry service (included in the price)
7) The staff is polite
8) there are lockers for (outerwear) clothes (as in fitness centers, in locker rooms).
9) there are a lot of foreigners, sometimes it is interesting to listen to them😁
10) at the entrance:
- from the street side there are a couple of benches and a swing, a couple of urns.
- inside the shoe shelves of each room. Slippers/slates are given out at the reception.

You will not find such a wonderful hostel anywhere else! These are not just capsules-this is a full-length capsule room with its own table and chair. Cool areas for work, laundry room, dining room, Turkish bath and incredible, friendly, hospitable staff. I spent 2 weeks there and I just didn't want to leave! If the hostel is only this one! The location is great! And nearby / the most delicious, most colorful national restaurant -Sandyq!
