A very unpleasant incident at the pharmacy "From the Warehouse" at Sirius residential complex. I came at 8 p.m. with a prescription, clearly showed the right drug, but the pharmacist ignored the prescription and gave me a completely different medicine. I had to spend time, money on a taxi, and nerves to get back and argue for half an hour with an employee who didn't even try to apologize. Such an attitude towards the client is unacceptable.
Judging by other reviews, this is not an isolated case. I ask the management to take tough measures, otherwise all trust in the network will be lost. People come to the pharmacy for help, not for rudeness and mistakes.
