We came to this pharmacy to buy painkillers for grandma and take them to the village, the pharmacist was given the name of the medicine, no one even offered syringes, okay, but when it came time to inject the medicine, it turned out that it was a powder to which an additional dilution solution was needed! How would an ordinary person without medical education know this? Why didn't the pharmacist say that you won't be able to use the medicine if you don't purchase an additional solution?! As a result, the grandmother with acute pain was left without medical help! We urge the management of the company and the pharmacy to look into this situation and have a conversation with the pharmacist. It is not the first time that negative issues arise with this pharmacy.
