This is where I live. This is the center of the city. But no one looks after the landscaping and does not put things in order. In front of the Real store, a large branch broke, hanging down to the sidewalk. The teenager was riding a bicycle and decided to drive under a branch because pedestrians were walking along the free part of the sidewalk, and almost lost his eye, scratched his face. Opposite the Arbat store there are birch trees with withered tops, the view is not for the city center.
