I recommend The Sun and Queen of Cups. It is especially good to come here in the early evening when there are few people. A pleasant and cozy place with good music. I always come here when I'm in Vitebsk.

We visited an absolutely adequate company during the holidays, one person was not allowed in. Apparently, a glass of beer before the bar is already a state of severe intoxication. One of the most interesting and impressive places in the city. Here you can relax and really relax. Bartenders work like bees, clean and make drinks at the speed of light.
Unlike other bars, you can safely look here without cheap pretentious face control (we are not talking about age, but about appearance) although at the same time, the main age component in the bar is from 20 to 28, which is insanely pleasing and there are sooooo many people and all very beautiful and interesting personalities. The place is ideal for new acquaintances, hot dancing and cool company.

We were not allowed on the threshold on July 16, saying that my friend was very drunk (it was not so, he was driving). This absolutely unsettled my friends, they were very upset because we just wanted to sit together and celebrate the closing of the Slavyanka. The guard Vitaly (or Victor) ultimatum told us that he would not let us in, and did not even explain to me where in their charter or other documents the reason for which the three of us were not allowed was indicated. A few more people without badges came up, said they were administrators and sided with the institution, but later, when I asked to introduce myself (because at that time my friends were already writing in the book of complaints and suggestions), they said that they had nothing to do with it and in general they were just guests. In general, there was some kind of strange segregation of guests - despite the fact that the three of us were old enough and in parallel the same guard let in not quite sober and probably not quite adult (definitely very young) guests. In general, there was a feeling that we got into some zero-the beginning of the tenth in Russian bars. I had to go to the police.

They introduced a deposit at the entrance and this clearly "scared away" a lot of visitors, now on Friday there is no movement, the new bartenders do not know the menu, there is no way to consult (I only asked NOT to offer a bitter cocktail, but made it so bitter that it is not even possible to drink). There was a feeling that they forget to add alcohol at all (I have been coming here for a long time, there is something to compare it with)... I hope the situation will improve.
