I have been going to Lidzawa for the third year. In the first two years, we did not get to Apsinra, but we took a picture of the phone on the gate. I booked it in early 2024 for 23.08-22.09. The hostess was friendly in her messages, everything was fine. I emphasized that silence is important to my friend and me - "it's quiet everywhere." Upon arrival, it turned out that we were accommodated opposite the kitchen on the ground floor. And HELL broke out in the kitchen a meter from the room. Neighbors from above and from all sides can be heard very well, of course, the stomping of children, throwing toys is annoying. From 5 a.m. to 23 and later, the noise and din in the kitchen is absolutely random. Moreover, at 5:30 a.m., a hired immigrant (most likely Uzbekistan) began to clean the garbage cans and his wife carried out other cleaning (as is now common in Russia, immigrants from Asia now do menial work in Abkhazia). To my perplexity, the hostess replied that she would not make a remark to the guests. When we were woken up at 5:30 a.m. the next day, I went to shoot a video of her own employees. When I returned from the sea after lunch, the hostess attacked me "how dare you take off my employees." And she told me to look for a new place to live, which I did instead of relaxing (I moved closer to the Fish Factory). The next day, I discovered that I had lost 10,000 rubles (two red bills). I realized that this Uzbek, having calculated the mood of the hostess, was fussing (he did not fix the current air conditioner directly on the bed, but he made a profit). At first I didn't know if it was him (locksmith, repair) or his wife (cleaning, washing), but when 10 days later I was walking in that area and he rode his bike past me and I saw how scared he was, and his wife looked at me listlessly, I realized that it was him (100% thought that I had left and everything was over).
The hostess has regular customers and "one-time" ones. Regular discounts and normal rooms (2nd floor and away from the kitchen). Our triple room itself is very small, the mattresses are rotten with springs, the air conditioner unit is installed so that it rattles the whole room, not double-glazed Windows. The shower smelled of sewage (three days later this problem was solved by cleaning the drain), but it is very interesting why we were settled in such a stink, the room was being prepared. The toilet is normal, but the tile is dirty, you sit and want to wash it yourself (the Uzbek has two small children, one newborn, the second walks restless on the territory). The kitchen is normal, but the refrigerators, as usual, are clogged with other people's pots and so on.
An uncomfortable alley with a very bad road made of sharp rubble leads to the hotel.
As a result, before booking, think about whether you need to go to this place (only Rosemary is worse because of the behavior of its owner) . If you decide that yes, then immediately specify which floor, how far from the kitchen (the kitchen still has a neighbor's generator and when the power goes out, it rattles terribly two meters diagonally from the room, and these neighbors are screaming wildly). And keep an eye on the cash. The thief's appetites are good. I made videos, there are no normal photos, unfortunately.
They were in June 2023.
What I want to tell you.
We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the hosts, special thanks and greetings to Elona and Hussein.
We rented a room for two adults and a child of 8 years old.
A cozy small room, separate beds, excellent repair in the bathroom, clean and fresh bed linen, laundry and replacement can be arranged upon request. The room is cleaned upon arrival, there is a separate employee in the person of the maid, a pleasant person.
Accommodation has all the amenities.
A summer kitchen with everything you need.
A large area for relaxing in the evening, gazebos, swings and a barbecue area, lots of greenery, everything is improved. On-site parking.
The hosts also offered local treats in the form of homemade wine and chacha, all their own and delicious.
In general, the expectations from the hotel were justified by 100,500% both in terms of price and comfort. I recommend.
What about the location of the village of Ldzaa itself.
A quiet province, in the form of a private sector, 10 minutes walk to the sea, a pebble beach with canopies and sun beds on request.
Near Pitsunda, market, shops and cafes.
The sea is very clean, as the village itself is located in a bay.
I recommend it, we stay for the 3rd time and are completely delighted. The owner is always in touch. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is snow-white (it changes every 5 days), the shared kitchen is also constantly cleaned, everything is clean. The dishes are all necessary for cooking. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea through a pine grove. There is a grocery store 1 minute away. There is a pharmacy 7 minutes away.Sunflower cafe is 3 minutes away (I recommend it) and rosemary cafe (I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, do not waste your time and money on this institution). And I recommend you to the guest house and I hope we will come back again 🤩
