Of the advantages: pine trees, clear sea, dolphins sometimes swim very close to the shore, an empty beach, the most wonderful thing is to wake up to the sound of the surf, and fall asleep (after 23 silence, neighboring cafes close).
Eugene (the administrator) reacts quickly to requests, and for this he is very grateful: when we stopped by the room, the toilet seat turned out to be broken, they told him - he sent an employee, he fixed it; few sockets - sent an extension cord; they could not resolve the conflict with the neighbors themselves, they told him - promised to have a conversation, and the conflict That was the end of it.
There are a lot of guests with children, the child always has company, when there were kittens, it was even better, everything is always in business, they don't even want to go to sea.
Of the minuses: almost all the minuses described above (good audibility, insects, the freezer does not work), but they can be survived because the pluses overlap them. For us, the biggest disadvantage was the hotel's policy towards animals.
Cruelty to animals in front of children.
My child has a lifelong psychological trauma. The last week of the vacation was completely overshadowed. The child cried every evening, looking for the missing kitten.
When we stopped by, we saw kittens on the roof of the guest house, then three went down, two stayed upstairs.
The employee Tatiana immediately said that she did not need them, and they would be thrown out.
We couldn't even think that she could seriously throw out helpless kittens.
However, they tried to clean everything themselves so that she wouldn't see, you never know.
Then the kittens were shown how to go to the toilet, they began to go downstairs, and there were no problems at all.
Well, then the kittens were gone.
Neighbors saw Jerome, a guest house employee, pick up all three of them late at night, without the cat mom.
Someone poisoned the mother cat and one of the kittens - they vomited, and kind people from neighboring hotels treated them and soldered them with polysorb.
The two remaining kittens were also rescued from the roof (from the hotel staff). Also, kind people from neighboring hotels helped and sheltered. We took another kitten (someone found it and brought it here) for ourselves.
I was horrified by the cruelty with which the hotel staff treats animals, how easily they are poisoned and thrown out. And all this in front of the children.
A cat that managed to give birth to kittens on the roof would be sterilized, this is hardly the first case.

In Apsilia you go for nature, pine forest and the utmost possible proximity to the sea and dolphins, which you can watch over breakfast.
Service, service at a high level. Everything is washed, cleaned, Eugene manages everything, he will resolve any issues. They asked for an hdmi cable, and after a couple of hours they were already watching a movie from a laptop.
We lived in May 2022, when it was still quite cool. We were offered extra pillows, blankets and heaters, and were regularly asked if there was enough.
In terms of comfort of life by the standards of guest houses, it is quite a hiking option - you will have to eat outside due to the size of the room, the kitchen is only shared (or a mini-bathroom in a neighboring guest house), it is possible to wash, but your laundry will be taken to a neighboring hotel and then returned in a washed form.
Based on the results of the rest, I can say that all these little things do not matter, but it is the sound of the sea in the morning that you hear right from bed that is remembered. The dark moving abyss of the sea when you look at it in the night. Delicious pine air (we were hiding from flowering and this is the perfect place in this sense). Closed territory - the exclusivity of the holiday is felt. It was a great new way of relaxing for me.

A great place for a beach holiday! A complete sense of the island, near the relict pines. The hotel is small, the rooms are comfortable, clean, cleaning and linen change are regular. The room has a refrigerator, TV, Internet, kettle. The owner is tactful and attentive. I had a vacation in 2022 and 2023. I recommend this hotel.

Great place! There is a sea in front of the house, a pine grove behind! Silence! We really liked it and want to go back there again!
The rooms are clean, everything you need is there.
There is a cafe in the next building. The food is delicious, not expensive and the service is very polite.
Another great thing is that the beach is almost empty! It's a thrill when there's no crowd and no one is lying next to you))
As it was written in other reviews, you fall asleep to the sound of waves and dolphins come every day!

A great place for a relaxing holiday by the sea with the purest pine air. It is relatively deserted, there are sun beds on the beach. Everything is simple in the rooms, but there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, a small minus is the "cardboard" walls, you can hear the screams and screams of children, snoring of people in the next room, well, what can you do, nothing is perfect)
Daily we saw dolphins swimming by, clear water, a pebble beach, it's a little inconvenient to go into the water without slippers.
Special thanks to the host Eugene for the warm welcome, helped with the transfer, with the organization of excursions, on the first day of arrival, pilaf on a campfire with all new residents was organized.
There is everything you need nearby - small shops, places with delicious food, a nature reserve where you can take a walk, enjoying the silence and fresh air.
If possible, we will definitely return there)

A heavenly place in the Land of the Soul!
We had a rest in September 2022.
The full feeling of being on an island!
The sea, the sun, the pines. A place of rest for positive and adequately perceiving reality people.
Eugene ensures safety and solves all household issues here.
He also organized the possibility of free self-cooking at a nearby hotel (we cooked breakfast in the morning)
and washing clothes there for an additional fee. Thanks a lot to him for that!
Everything in the hotel is modest and quite comfortable, it is easy to breathe, everything is there for living. There was always water, there were no problems with electricity.
There is Wi-Fi, a refrigerator and a TV that we didn't watch - the view from the window was just great!
There are different cafes for every taste nearby, we alternated visiting them during the day, went somewhere for lunch, and in the evening went to another cafe for kebabs.
Fresh fruits and vegetables were bought in a shop near the Lighthouse every day.
The rest in Apsilia was unforgettable!
We thank Evgeny for the excellent reception and are planning a trip here in August 2023.

This is a family-type dormitory, not a hotel. The sea and dolphins are not visible because of the laundry hanging on the balcony. You can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms. The room is cramped, the bed and bedside table are broken, everything is old but clean. There are no dishes. But there is a shared kitchen, as a result, everyone who is on a stump, who is trying to make a separate dining area on old sun loungers. The Internet does not always catch, the TV could not be turned on, electricity was lost. A cafe in a nearby hotel with highly inflated prices, tasteless food and very specific service, for which you always pay 10 percent of the check amount. The only thing that left a pleasant impression was a clean, sparsely populated beach, pine trees on the shore and wonderful air. There are not many cars, because this is a nature reserve and the entrance access system works.

Pros: everything is as in the photo, it was clean, the linen was clean, towels were provided, TV, refrigerator, kettle and microwave in the room. The water is always hot and cold with good pressure, there are barbecues and a summer kitchen, the sea is nearby, dolphins swam in the morning and perfectly clean water in the sea.
Cons: there were small ants in the room (closer to the front door) and two small scorpions were killed, many sunbeds on the beach are broken, there is a problem with drying towels (there are ropes right on the building, but they are in the shade and the linen does not dry, one dryer under the sun for the entire guest house, this is not enough), there is no ironing boards, sockets of 2 pcs in the room (including three electrical appliances, a kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave), but they gave a tee.
There's no freezer in the fridge, you can't keep ice cream. Going to the sea is not very good, you need to buy coral sneakers or go to the central beach.

Every day we saw the hunting of Azov and bottlenose dolphins, so close to the shore, which is very unusual for a resident of Nemorsky. A large embankment, dating back to the USSR, is quietly falling into disrepair, but it is still very beautiful, there is a small market near the beach where spices and alcohol are offered to you.drinks and handmade knives made of Damascus steel. One advantage of this hotel is its location, located on an empty beach. The sea holiday is perfect.
The disadvantages are very thin walls and 8 out of 10 rooms with two or three children in a room. Crying, screaming at night and stable children's activity from 7 a.m. to 23. You will have the regime of a mother with many children. Forget about sleeping and relaxing in the room, this can only be done on the beach (there are sun beds and umbrellas).
For food, there is a kitchen in the neighboring hotel, and a cafe next to the kitchen, everything is delicious and affordable there.

We had a rest in September 2021
My husband said that he would not write a review, so as not to create competition among vacationers. What does this mean? That we will return here again!!
The price tag was at that moment: from September 15, 4t/day per room (there are two, there are at least four with children)
The room had EVERYTHING you needed (a comfortable bed, a shower, a toilet (there were no interruptions with water, the pressure was normal) TV, bedside tables, an open locker, a refrigerator, a clothes bracket (it is a bracket that is more convenient than a wardrobe, everything is open and dries) very good air conditioning and will cool and heat if necessary)
What was missing for me☝️this is more hooks and brackets in the room, because there were a lot of things to dry (ropes were stretched outside to dry swimsuits, etc., but sometimes a lot of things turned out ) and sheets with elastic bands (by the way, the linen is clean, the towels are white)
Cleaning and changing towels on request (this is a guest house, not a hotel), which was quite satisfactory, I liked better that I could not wait for anyone, but just take and sweep when it's convenient at night...
Dishes, hair dryer, iron can be taken at any time, everything is there...In two neighboring (two meters ☝️) guest houses there is a kitchen and a cafe (hosh cook, hosh order) approximate prices in cafes (not only in this, in all) soup 150, porridge 70, scrambled eggs 120, trout 300, boat 200....
The photos on the website are true..
And the most important location! 150 steps and you're in the sea! That's it! In front is the sea, behind is a forest of relict pines...(by the way, it's better to take coral slippers for swimming, not galoshes)
What's around...there are 7 Soviet-era hotels right along the coast on the left, there are generally a lot of things that remind you of the Soviet Union (who bothers just don't go), it's even interesting how I got on the tour ...

But, there was a message on my phone: "Good afternoon, you have successfully booked a room at the Apsilia Guest House. Due to the fact that the "special conditions" tariff is valid during the selected period, you need to deposit 30% of the reservation cost to the Sberbank card number 4279_0200_1094_0512 by May 29, 2019, otherwise the reservation will be canceled. Sincerely, the administration of the Apsilia guest house!" To which I delicately replied: "Good afternoon! I am not ready to sacrifice money by sending them into the unknown! Unfortunately, I do not make questionable payments!" After which, some "owner" called me back and, having descended to the level of "cattle" with incorrect wording, disrespectfully and loudly tried to sort things out with me. Accordingly, the conversation did not take place, due to the unwillingness to listen to "cattle". After that, various SMS messages followed. Already more correct content, but with a subtext of wild self-confidence in one's own exclusivity. So that's what I wanted to say, PEOPLE, Abkhazia, according to reviews from the Internet, colleagues, friends, and my own experience, is a country of crime. In no case can you send money (the number will be handed over to others, and you will be given a room, if you refuse, they will never refund your money, or another force majeure and you are without money anyway. I want to say a HUGE thank you to the "owner" of the Apsilia Guest House, Apsilia Guest House, for his "sincere" attitude towards the guests. The sea is 25 meters away. Close. But you need to swim 500 meters to the left in the bay area, the waves are calmer there.
In general, everything is OK. Although 3000 rubles per day for a double room with such a service (Abkhazia ...) I think it's expensive. If it wasn't for the nearby sea, I wouldn't have given so much.
In general, the clean sea and the beach left a pleasant impression. It is necessary to bargain with the Abkhazians and constantly confirm agreements, otherwise they may suddenly change..
