Of the advantages: pine trees, clear sea, dolphins sometimes swim very close to the shore, an empty beach, the most wonderful thing is to wake up to the sound of the surf, and fall asleep (after 23 silence, neighboring cafes close).
Eugene (the administrator) reacts quickly to requests, and for this he is very grateful: when we stopped by the room, the toilet seat turned out to be broken, they told him - he sent an employee, he fixed it; few sockets - sent an extension cord; they could not resolve the conflict with the neighbors themselves, they told him - promised to have a conversation, and the conflict That was the end of it.
There are a lot of guests with children, the child always has company, when there were kittens, it was even better, everything is always in business, they don't even want to go to sea.
Of the minuses: almost all the minuses described above (good audibility, insects, the freezer does not work), but they can be survived because the pluses overlap them. For us, the biggest disadvantage was the hotel's policy towards animals.

My child has a lifelong psychological trauma. The last week of the vacation was completely overshadowed. The child cried every evening, looking for the missing kitten.

Then the kittens were shown how to go to the toilet, they began to go downstairs, and there were no problems at all.
Well, then the kittens were gone.
Neighbors saw Jerome, a guest house employee, pick up all three of them late at night, without the cat mom.
Someone poisoned the mother cat and one of the kittens - they vomited, and kind people from neighboring hotels treated them and soldered them with polysorb.
The two remaining kittens were also rescued from the roof (from the hotel staff). Also, kind people from neighboring hotels helped and sheltered. We took another kitten (someone found it and brought it here) for ourselves.
I was horrified by the cruelty with which the hotel staff treats animals, how easily they are poisoned and thrown out. And all this in front of the children.
A cat that managed to give birth to kittens on the roof would be sterilized, this is hardly the first case.

We lived in May 2022, when it was still quite cool. We were offered extra pillows, blankets and heaters, and were regularly asked if there was enough.
In terms of comfort of life by the standards of guest houses, it is quite a hiking option - you will have to eat outside due to the size of the room, the kitchen is only shared (or a mini-bathroom in a neighboring guest house), it is possible to wash, but your laundry will be taken to a neighboring hotel and then returned in a washed form.
Based on the results of the rest, I can say that all these little things do not matter, but it is the sound of the sea in the morning that you hear right from bed that is remembered. The dark moving abyss of the sea when you look at it in the night. Delicious pine air (we were hiding from flowering and this is the perfect place in this sense). Closed territory - the exclusivity of the holiday is felt. It was a great new way of relaxing for me.

A great place for a beach holiday! A complete sense of the island, near the relict pines. The hotel is small, the rooms are comfortable, clean, cleaning and linen change are regular. The room has a refrigerator, TV, Internet, kettle. The owner is tactful and attentive. I had a vacation in 2022 and 2023. I recommend this hotel.
