Good evening, everyone! We rested in Apsara from 16.07 to 27.07. The sea is excellent , just crystal , pine trees, nature is just super. The location of the hotel is excellent, the food is delicious, thanks a lot to the chefs and girls working in the dining room! We lived in a 4-storey building, a guard settled us at night (a very helpful person helped to call an ambulance for a child and call the insurance company at night, since there are no administrators at the reception at night) Administrators are generally terrible , evil , they can 't say anything, they will never smile, the composition of administrators definitely needs to be changed ! The room is so - so , everything is old , for an additional one . the beds were all broken, the request to change them was answered, we all can't help anything, so also a thin mattress, we just slept on pieces of wood!!! The cleaning was only to take out the trash and give toilet paper, the cleaner on the 3rd floor is generally a slacker!!! They take a lot of money, but the service and attitude to the guests are certainly so-so ! Of course, the owners of the hotel do not think about their guests at all, providing washed bed linen, towels, broken beds with holes and such terrible staff!!! And so the rest was very pleasant, the beach is magnificent, nature too! Abkhazia is a country of the soul, but apparently not for the employees of this hotel!!! Dear owners of the hotel, a huge request, to change the staff at the reception and make repairs in the 4th building, well, at least change the furniture and close new linen and towels!!!

We stayed at this hotel from August 9 to 17, 2024. The territory is very green, beautifully maintained. We lived in a two-storey building on the ground floor. Wi-Fi catches at the reception, in the room on the balcony, we had enough. The room, of course, is already "tired", but very spacious, the balcony is also rather big and all framed with greenery, if only a small table could be added to the chairs, then it would be gorgeous at all. The room has a wardrobe, a large bed with bedside tables, a sofa, a coffee table, a bedside table with a TV, a mini fridge, a kettle, cups and glasses. Air conditioning is available, but because of the shade created by the plants, we didn't use it much. In general, the weather was very comfortable, at night the open windows and the balcony created a draft. Room cleaning every day! In 8 days, we changed the bed 3 times and towels 5 times! Our package included breakfast.
The breakfasts are monotonous: two porridges, fried and boiled eggs, sausages, 2 types of cheese, butter, sour cream, pancakes, pancakes or casserole and cheesecakes, tea, coffee, and so on every day, you will not stay hungry, and if you correctly alternate this set, then you get a variety. But the main prize is a close beach with pine trees and a gorgeous sea. I would love to return to this hotel again and I can also recommend it to people without excessive requirements.

A good hotel by the standards of Abkhazia! Large rooms, clean enough. The breakfasts are hearty, but simple. The main thing is nature, the sea, the pine forest. There are many cafes around with delicious cuisine and drinks!

The hotel has a very good location, a beautiful, well-groomed territory, a cafe has opened on the territory of the yellow building.
The beach is 5 minutes away along a pine grove. The beach is cleaned, there is a rental, toilet 25p.
The food is delicious, but a little monotonous (breakfast / dinner), there were not enough vegetables, fruits and variety in drinks (only compote at lunch).
We were at the end of May, but despite the low occupancy of the hotel, the light bulb in the room was changed for 4 days, the broken handle was never fixed on the window, although we reminded the administrators several times.
Get ready for mosquitoes! There are no screens on the windows, they were saved by a fumigator and a spiral on the balcony)) Even at night, the barking of dogs from the street is very audible
The air conditioner was not particularly cooled, apparently it had not been serviced for a long time

We rested from 7 to 07/14/24. We really liked Abkhazia and the Apsara hotel. Everywhere is clean, well-groomed territory and very green, a delicious cafe nearby, breakfasts at the hotel are homemade, there is a lot of choice. The beach and the road to the beach are perfect. The water is clean, the shade from a tolerable forest, the smell of pines and cicadas. Who is resting now or has been resting recently, have you seen a kitten in a cafe? We are very worried about him.

Good day or morning to everyone! We are resting now at the Apsara Hotel! I'll start with a good one: the sea is just wonderful, warm and transparently clean, the famous Pitsund pines are nearby, it's not hot on 25-27. We live in a 4-storey house at the hotel, it doesn't look like a hotel, well, nothing: everything is old, worn, creaky stairs, there is no elevator, very old linen that does not cover the mattress on the bed, except soap there are no accessories. We arrived at the hotel at night, there was no one at the reception, a man who introduced himself as a security guard settled us, with a wide gesture showed everything in the room, which turned out to be an attic under the roof with small windows that did not open and a tiny balcony with a view into the wall. All this did not correspond in any way to the type of room that we chose on the website presented by the hotel. In the morning we went to sort it out, moved to the 3rd floor, the room is spacious, but there has not been a repair there for 20 years. I read in the reviews about the responsive staff and wonderful rooms, either the staff has changed, or something else, while I am negotiating about proper service, my requests are minimal: something to wash with, and sleep on a sheet, not on a mattress, as well as nature and the weather are wonderful

The choice of this hotel was left because of the size of the room (it is really spacious), proximity to the sea (5 min), modernity of the hotel (there is an elevator)
Soft (unwashed) towels, daily cleaning, replacement of bed linen, towels after 3 days, the presence of a kettle - you can feel the care of the guests.
On the subject of nutrition: the assortment is small (modest) but delicious, as they say - you will not stay hungry.
Will we come again? - Yes, absolutely!
The purest sea will smooth out all the disadvantages.

We had a family vacation . From June 10-20, 2024. I didn 't want to leave , everything was kind , the service was good , the administrators were great . I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity . The room is clean, linen is changed every other day, garbage and cleaning every day, the food is very tasty and varied, the beach is 5 minutes walk and clean and good, to the sandy 10 minutes by car. the view from the window is great. We rested from August 7 to August 12, the price-quality ratio did not work out for me.
Positive:
1. Very close to the sea
2. Large comfortable clean room. They write that there was no cleaning in the rooms. We lived in a white building on the 2nd floor, there was cleaning.
3. In general, the cleanliness of the hotel is monitored
4. TV, air conditioning are working properly. There were no blackouts with us. Light, water always
5. The receptionists called a taxi, you could ask something.
6. There is a kettle, tea pairs, glasses in the room
Minuses:
One big one is food. Delicious, but very monotonous. And not enough for all the guests.
There could be no vegetables and fruits at all in a day. In season! Fruits could run out 40-50 minutes before the end of lunch, they did not take out any extra.
There was a situation at breakfast when sour cream/jam ran out 40 minutes before the end of breakfast. To my request to bring something else into the hall, the answer is: "we don't, it's over." That is, for almost 10 thousand rubles / day, I was offered to go to the store (it is nearby) and buy sour cream for myself.
At the same time, at breakfast: pancakes, pancakes. You cook flour, can you think what it is with?
In general, my son got the impression that there is a shortage of food in Abkhazia, and I have the impression that all Abkhazian hoteliers are outright greedy and goons. I repeat, for 10 thousand a day you can adequately feed, so that there is a desire to return!
But the download is full, so you don't have to worry about the service: they will still buy and eat pasta with buckwheat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That's the logic.
In general, this is not a country of soul and hospitality for sure, it is beautiful beaches and the sea. I will not return to any hotel, especially with meals in Abkhazia.
Only the private sector with a kitchen: I can cook pasta with buckwheat myself, since they don't feed others here in hotels. I can also buy tomatoes and cucumbers, since there is no money for them in hotels.

We had our first vacation in Abkhazia. When booking a hotel for 10 thousand rubles / day, we still hoped for a good serais. As a result , disappointment .
Since two women were vacationing, they asked in advance for a room with two beds, the answer is: we are preparing the building for the closing of the season - there is only one bed. Okay , we spread out the sofa , but we lost the place to " just sit." There are no covers on the bed and sofa, that is, it is impossible to sit down / lie down in clothes. The room is large, but there is not enough lighting. Linen : one large and one small half - egg per guest , a change is announced in 4 days . We were replaced on the fifth day and here is a direct shock . A large towel is normal, but a small one is a torn 1/3 of a large one, not hemmed, but simply torn off, even in spots. Well, just the bottom. I had to go and swear . There seems to be a cleaning service , but it is superficial. There is no net on the balcony , insects and mosquitoes have flown in .
Meal:as they wrote, it seems normal, something tasty, something average. It's tolerable , but it would be better not to take three meals a day - it's boring , I didn't want to on the third day. The water in the cooler did not have time to boil, it was slightly warm, the tea was not brewed. I don't know why, but on the second day they caught rotovirus. What did the storm have to do with it, we didn't swim at all, the food was only at the hotel, the water was only mineral, but three days were excluded from the rest. In the dining room, vacationers were also observed drinking only tea , with the same signs. The lights were turned off several times a day , someone got stuck in the elevator, and it was a pleasure to be in the bathroom in the dark.
We concluded for ourselves that no matter what money we took , there would be no service . This hotel is not worth the money. Yes, the nature is beautiful, the sea is beautiful , but this is not the merit of the hotel.

I recommend visiting this hotel, book a place in advance, a very tasty cafe, which is located in the second building under palm trees, the sea is within walking distance, the coastline is not wide and rocky, but there is enough space for everyone, when the heat melts, everyone turns into pines, the heat is very easily tolerated there. And yes, it is important that very often the electricity is turned off in those places, and Apsara has its own diesel generator, which automatically turns on and there is electricity throughout the hotel, and darkness is all around....

We lived in the yellow building for a week and were very satisfied. The prices are certainly inadequate in Abkhazia (but everywhere) 7200 room with breakfast , but the room (junior suite) is huge, clean, it was very comfortable to sleep, there were no problems with cleaning. A large balcony on which it is wonderful to sit with beautiful views and wine. The sound insulation is excellent, the air conditioning is new, everything is perfect. The breakfasts are monotonously delicious, it is clear that they are trying. If comfort and proximity to the sea are important to you, then this is a great place. The only drawback is the lack of Wi-Fi in our building..it is only on the ground floor-I had to buy a SIM card.

They were in the yellow building. A good, decent hotel, cleaned every day (even the floors are washed), towels and bed linen are changed often. The rooms are spacious, but there are minor nuances such as 2 hooks in the bathroom in a room for 3-4 people. There is a balcony where you can sit or dry your clothes.
Parking is 200m away, separate territory from the hotel (with manual drive of automatic gates))).
Abkhazia is a rotovirus country... Even with regular meals at the hotel, many people suffered from stomach upsets. Although the food was quite high-quality, tasty, satisfying, but not very diverse. But that was enough and they ate with gusto. There was just not enough water, there was only tea, coffee (breakfast, dinner) and compote for lunch. The child had to take water with him at all times.
Tip - buy smarts and other things at home. There is a pharmacy opposite the hotel, but the prices there are several times inflated and all without checks.
In general, if you want to live comfortably, then it makes sense to overpay for the hotel. If not fundamentally, then you can find it easier.

A wonderful hotel! We had a rest in June 2023. Two adults and a child. They settled us in the second building (not the main one) Great new modern clean rooms! To be honest, I didn't expect it. Three meals a day, very tasty, like at home. Absolutely everything is delicious!! Friendly and courteous staff. The territory is very green and well maintained. What palm trees are there on the territory of my love! Near the beach, 5-7 minutes on foot through the grove (another one of my loves) I really liked everything! Now, if to Abkhazia, then only to Apsara.

We had a rest from 08.09.24. We liked everything. I read bad reviews and am surprised. What a people! It feels like everyone at home is eating red caviar mixed with black, drinking French champagne and sleeping in the royal apartments. Well, if that's the case, why would you go to Abkhazia? Go to Mauritius, there are rooms for 800 euros per day and live and eat there. The ocean is cool too. And if you really haven't eaten anything sweeter than carrots in your life, or saved all year on a doshik with a ointment to proudly announce to your neighbors that you were vacationing at sea in Abkhazia, close your mouths and don't write nasty things. Everything is fine, everything is clean, so what if the rooms are tired, the linen is old, but everything is clean and fresh. The buffet is great, the food is just like at home. The main thing is that everything is natural and not chemical .there is always plenty of meat , pork, beef and chicken ! Not like in Turkey. (that's where everything is monotonous) even in 5 stars and not tasty. And in this hotel everything is fresh, natural Fruits, vegetables, cheeses, especially suluguni! We rested at the Apsara hotel from 06/26 - 07/07.23.Our room is 505 on the 5th floor, yellow building.The rest was just wonderful: a chic hotel, a magnificent transparent warm sea and a gentle sun.
Cleanliness everywhere, beetroot floors at the entrance, conscientious and high-quality room cleaning, delicious food, no queues in the dining room. This is all the merit of the hotel staff and its head.
I would like to thank Diana for her attention, responsiveness and high-quality room cleaning.

We rested in Apsara from 07.08.24 to 08/14.24 in the yellow building. Room 405 with mountain view. The room has a large bed and a comfortable sofa designed for two extra beds. Refrigerator, kettle, glasses, cups. Linen and towels were changed, and cleaning was carried out regularly. We had three meals a day. Of course there is a choice, but still after a few days it becomes monotonous. It is very beautiful near the white building of the Apsara, there are big beautiful palm trees. A few minutes to the sea through a cozy cafe on the territory of Apsara, and then through a small market with fruits, souvenirs, tunics, etc. The sea is the purest. A separate love is the coastline of relict pines. You can stay under them even for a whole day and not be under the blazing sun. A chaise longue 300 rubles up to 18 hours, a catamaran 1500 1 hour, a banana 500 rubles per person, boat trips 1500 per person and much more. A volleyball net is stretched under the pines. In general, it is very comfortable on the beach. In the evening, you can walk, again in the pines, along the paved paths. Benches, swings, cafes, a small sports ground are all there. We went on an excursion to New Athos for 1,700 rubles per person. Of course, it turns out to be more expensive with the tour, but it is more profitable because if you go to New Athos pishchery you arrive at a certain time, the guide takes tickets and you pass. If you arrive on your own, there is very little parking space and you can get into the caves after standing in line for more than one hour, and this is a big waste of time.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff of the Apsara hotel: cleaners, maids, cooks, administrators. Thanks to you, our vacation was of such high quality.
I liked the location of the hotel, liked the view from the room.
It was very clean and cleanliness was maintained daily in the room and constantly in the corridors and other public places, which was very important for us vacationing with a small child. Linen and towels were changed every three days.
Meals are served buffet style. Everything is delicious, fresh, and there is always a choice of dishes. But, of course, this is not a restaurant and the dishes are repeated day by day.
There was one drawback in the room: we lived on the sixth floor, and if you open the balcony during the rain, you immediately get a puddle on the floor. Judging by the condition of the floor, this happens often. Since electricity and air conditioning are often turned off in the rain, it is difficult not to open the balcony, but it is impossible to partially open it so that the water does not pour in, the mechanism does not allow.
And as parents, we would really like to see the broken playground in the courtyard of the yellow building where we lived renovated. The child was happy to climb it anyway - there was no choice. Other children also played there all the time, but it's not safe and it's not beautiful.

We had a rest at the end of the 2024 season (from 03.10 to 13.10). Nature, Ldzaa beach and the hotel grounds are impeccable! The service at the hotel is unobtrusive, the administrator is not very friendly, answers questions reluctantly, there was cleaning in the room, the hotel staff did not respond to complaints about a blockage in the bathroom (water left badly). The food was amazing, not in the best way. For 10 days of stay, vegetables were served for breakfast only 1 time (beans)! There were no cucumbers, tomatoes, or greens at any time. Some guests came for breakfast with their vegetables ...) Eggs, pancakes, cheesecakes or cottage cheese, porridge and milk soup, sausages and so on every day. Instant coffee "Nescafe", tea bags. Among the advantages: a deserted beach, the smell of Pitsunda pine and a warm sea in October. Since it was the end of the season, all restaurants and shops were closed around, there was nowhere to buy or eat delicious food. We went to Pitsunda every day. In my opinion, the location is not very good for this time of year, it is better to book a hotel either in Pitsunda or in Gagra.

Even a hair dryer for girls is present!!! Service and cleanliness!!! Everything is at the highest level!!!The food is delicious, the pastries are always fresh!!! The location is great!!!!The beach is 50-70 meters away!!! And also along the Coniferous shady garden!!!What is especially needed with children and the elderly!!! Everything is within walking distance!!!And the Sea and the store and all sorts of shelves with local delicacies!!!There are cafes all around within walking distance!!! We had a vacation with my husband in August. The hotel is decent, beautiful reception, clean. Of the disadvantages, only the poor quality of the Internet, in order to just make a whatsapp call, I had to go down to the first floor. Towels and linen were changed every three days. The food was good. It's not far to the sea, the beach is gorgeous, we can say for sure, since we have been to many in Abkhazia.

We are resting at the hotel at the moment in the Apsara hotel, yellow building. We arrived from Ussuriysk at 20:00 by early booking through the Ostrovok website. The receptionist immediately informed us of the number and we, tired and exhausted from a long flight, opened the door of our room 312 in the yellow building... The coolness, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the room brought us to our senses. We dropped our suitcases and went for a walk through the pine grove that grows along the beach. The smell of pine trees, wet bark and the sea had a beneficial effect on us. It immediately became easier. And all thanks to the fact that our expectations were confirmed. Nice room, great hotel, wonderful beach, sea and everything nearby. The breakfast was normal. I think that at home, not everyone cooks a bunch of different dishes for breakfast, and in the reviews they write that the food is monotonous. Everything is very tasty, clean and replenished without delay. We didn't have time to arrive, but the room was already cleaned. The elevator rides fast, the interior is beautiful, everything is clean, the staff is friendly. The nature around the hotel impresses with a variety of plants, well-groomed and beautiful. We really liked the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the balconies are wide, the views are beautiful, the plumbing is excellent. There are no foreign odors. Everything is just great! We recommend this hotel to everyone!

We did not visit the hotel itself. But in the restaurant I had to eat a couple of times. Once it all ended with a rotavirus infection in two daughters at once. For the second time, we felt the full flavor of uncultured service by a waiter named Sandro. When ordering three portions of fried eggs for breakfast, he brought two omelets with cheese and a little later one fried egg, proving to us that these are the same dishes. When asked to bring sugar for tea, they received an empty sugar bowl and the answer was that they had a sugar shortage. The order of cheesecakes was accepted by the waiter, but after about 15-20 minutes, Sandro came up to us and said that the cottage cheese was over on our order and offered to choose something else from the already meager menu. It's okay! But there is one big minus, for which I will take off 2 stars! We took a standard room with 3 meals a day, the room for 4 got up in July 2024 at 15200 rubles, but!!! The food was delicious, homemade, but it was the same type!!!! My children and I couldn't eat it after 3 days! For breakfast, the same thing is made from the same products, for lunch the same soups, meat and side dish, well, the salad was cut differently, well, the fruit was changed from watermelon to apples, and that's it! There was a chemical drink for lunch, and there was not even tea in bags, only for breakfast and dinner ((( dinner is the same, a repeat of yesterday's dinner, and we just ate in cafes and local restaurants, spent 2-3 thousand for one meal, for 4. Very very poor nutrition!!! Alcohol is not included, although for such money a glass of wine could be poured in the evening) otherwise everything is fine! A gorgeous pine beach, but this is not the merit of apsara, it's just such a gorgeous place on the coast))) I recommend taking rooms with breakfast only! There are problems with Wi-Fi, but I do not withdraw points for this, it is not important on a family vacation)

The food is monotonous, but delicious at home.
There was no luck with the room, it is the first floor, the balcony looks at a private courtyard, noisy from powerful technical air conditioners and damp from the ground.The room declared as a junior suite clearly did not match the price we paid.
If you do not want to find yourself in such a situation, specify the floor when booking, and in our case, the booking was in March.

Great hotel. Everything is there. The internet is better downstairs. The rooms are nice, spacious, high ceilings, lots of sockets, high-quality plumbing, very clean water... They cook delicious. The menu is "updated" in 3-4 days. Cleaning every day. In my opinion, it's worth its stars.
Very good and convenient location: exit from the hotel to the grove, beyond which the sea.

We rested at this hotel from 09/19/2013 to 09/25/23. In a white building, a room on the fifth floor with a view.to the mountains.We liked the hotel.A small but beautiful territory. The food was wonderful!!! MANY THANKS TO THE COOKS of this building!!!!! CLEVER GIRLS!!!👍👍👍👍👍 Herculean porridge is simply incomparable!!! I ate it every day. The room is very large, there is a large balcony, there is a rope and clothespins.Standing two chairs .The sea is very close, five minutes walk.The room has everything, a hairdryer, 4 towels, a kettle, cups, two glasses, small spoons.The TV shows almost all Russian channels.The Wi-Fi in our room worked, but a little weak. Especially when everyone came to lunch from the sea .I recommend this hotel for a holiday!!!! The only negative is not the friendly girls at the reception, I would say very sluggish. They don't smile at all.You pass by, and they don't even lift their heads, they just sit in their phone!!!!

I was resting in the yellow building.
Room, cleaning, attitude, food (!), location, beach - great for Abkhazia. And it's good overall. I recommend it to everyone. I didn't like wifi, because the connection was interrupted very often. And that's it. Who wants a nice beach on vacation, a great sea (even when there is strong excitement in Sochi and Gagra, the sea is calm here), who wants a calm and measured rest here. I think the beach is one of the best in Abkhazia. And the hotel strives to keep up.

If it were possible to put 6 stars, I would definitely put it!
Location- a couple of minutes from the sea, near a park of relict pines.
The rooms are spacious, the room has everything you need. The staff is friendly. They cleaned daily and cleanly, bed linen and towels were changed after a couple of days.
Special thanks for the catering at the hotel! Very tasty, varied, homemade.
We will definitely return to Apsara

Apsara Hotel is located in a quiet place in Abkhazia, in the village of Ldzaa. The beach is 150 meters from the hotel, in a pine grove.
The rooms are spacious, each room has a bathroom. With a spacious balcony. The cost of the rooms is not small. We had a vacation in June, the room cost 7000 thousand rubles. Twice as much in July.
There was three meals a day, a buffet. The food was varied, everything was very tasty. However, sometimes there were very spicy dishes.
The room was cleaned every day, and linen was changed three days later. The staff is polite and helpful. They will always tell you what you need.
The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean and calm, as it is located in the bay.
In general, I liked everything. I can recommend this wonderful place for a relaxing holiday.

Food, accommodation, staff attitude - everything is fine! I recommend. Not cheap. The cost of living in a white building is 8900 double room. Yellow - 9900, old - 7200 for September 2023. But the food is varied. For breakfast there are two types of porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages, buns, cottage cheese, cheesecakes (bomb), two types of cheese, eggs. Lunch and dinner - yes, options for first courses, side dishes and meat. Super tasty vegetables!

The hotel itself is nothing if you keep in mind the walls and furniture. But the food is disgusting, absolutely not tasty and tasteless, the chicken is dry all the time, the vegetables are old, the cucumbers are yellow, the cores are never cut out in tomatoes, who only taught chefs to cook?!? Buckwheat is stale and, apparently, three days old all the time. But there is a lot of buckwheat. Everyone who loves buckwheat will be able to eat it for several years ahead. There are clearly no interruptions with buckwheat. Cheap canteen food. It's not tasty. On the third day, the smell of spices interrupts any desire to eat at all. Pasta is an aldente state- they don't know what it is at all. Just overcooked. I doubt that anyone even in the cafe at the hotel understands how delicious food is prepared. Bowel disorder for several days in a row.
The hotel sometimes has no electricity, sometimes there is no water at all. There is no Wi-Fi at all, only in the lobby, where everyone is sitting. Don't believe the reviews that there is an Internet connection. He's gone.
The sea is clear, but there are large poop floating around. People, learn how to use the toilet for your needs.
During the day, everyone hides in the pines from the heat, lies on all kinds of bedspreads and sun beds, pulls a persistent smell of urine.
But, in principle, the beach itself is quite clean.

We had a family vacation in early June. I really liked the hotel, we lived in the yellow building, it is the newest. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned and linen is changed every 4th day. The territory is small but well maintained, there is a Playground, a cafe where you can just sit in the evening with your drinks. The sea is nearby, 2-3 minutes walk through a pine grove. Opposite there is a shop and a pharmacy, very convenient. In general, we visited Abkhazia for the first time, the impressions are only positive. Beautiful nature and the purest sea.

A great hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay.
We rested at the Apsara hotel from 15.07 - 25.07.23. Our room is 102 on the 1st floor, white building. The rest was just wonderful, no worse than Turkey or Egypt. A chic hotel, a magnificent transparent warm sea, gentle sun and of course pine trees.
Cleanliness everywhere, beetroot floors at the entrance, conscientious and high-quality room cleaning, delicious food, no queues in the dining room. This is all the merit of the hotel staff and the management staff. If there were interruptions with the light, then we did not notice them, they were either at night, but even then the generator turned on immediately.
The girls at the reception are always polite and friendly!
In a word, the rest was a success!

We rested at the Apsara Hotel in October 2023, from 10-18. We took standard superior rooms in the new building. The room is huge, a large double bed and a large sofa. 4 chairs, table, wardrobe, refrigerator, kettle, dishes. There are soap accessories. Very clean both in the room and in the hotel and on the territory. We liked everything very much. The food was especially pleasing, the choice of dishes is not large, but everything is not just edible, delicious! Children 5 and 9 years old ate fully. The beach is public, walk very close down the street or on the hotel grounds. Very nice and clean. The best beach in Lzdaa. We went on excursions, took Natasha at the entrance to the beach. I liked everything. October is the end of the season, only 7 rooms were occupied in our building, and by 18.10 they had already reduced the serving of dishes by volume, the assortment has not changed. There was not enough water in the restaurant, but you can bring all your own and water and wine and beer. Instant coffee, but in a cafe opposite the beach you can buy Oriental for 100 rubles. We really liked Abkhazia! We will definitely return to Apsara again! Thank you all for your hospitality!

And what about the prices in 2023??
In 2021, at the end of June, 28200 rubles were given for 6 nights and 7 days. In 2022, at the beginning of October, 42000stoyed. And now it's 54,000!!! It is a pity that prices have increased so much. It is unlikely that the costs have increased by 2 times in 2 years.
