The hotel is very old and creaks, the building is wooden and in need of renovation.check-out before 11:00 a.m.I lived in a room on the ground floor with one window facing the veranda with tables , the second facing the stairs, very good audibility when everyone is talking in the next room.

We had a rest from April 20 to April 26. The hotel is super, although 2*, the price is 💥, we paid on the spot. The main thing is clean, the linen is white, fresh, cleaning every day, air conditioning, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar in the room. There is a stove, washing machine, microwave at the reception.
View from the window to the Marmara Sea, shine. The embankment is a 7-minute walk away. There are shops, cafes nearby, and central attractions are a 15-minute walk away.
Recommend. Very hospitable, we felt at home!

In no case do I recommend staying in this hole. We checked in for 3 days, but when we arrived, we were asked to cancel the reservation, we were refused. They stayed.
On the first day, the lights went out and we were without heating, electricity and hot water for 2 days. With a scandal, we still got our money back for 3 nights.
Now about the numbers, this is generally a separate story. The floors and the bed creak so much that you are afraid of falling through. Toilet - doom, 1.3m2 in size, you can sit on the toilet and wash your hair. You will wash your feet with a bonus, because the water practically does not go away, you do not even need such horror for free. I don't understand people who write positive reviews. Think before you go there, it's better to overpay a little

The hotel matches the description, price and quality. Everything is decent, the staff is polite and helpful, we got lost, so the owner of the hotel found us himself and brought us)) Thank you, Yusuf!) It is located in close proximity to the sea, in a quiet location, which is important when you are busy on the streets. We were at the end of December, the rooms have air conditioning and it was warm, there is a cozy dining room with a fireplace, dinner was ordered to the hotel and eaten by the fireplace, it was great, there are breakfasts, everything is satisfying and to choose from. Thank you for your hospitality and cordiality. We will be in Istanbul, we will definitely come back to you.

I liked the hotel, everything is clean and tidy. The staff is polite and friendly. We were in the middle of January 2022. the air conditioner was working in the room, it was warm. The quality exceeds the price.
