I gave the Mac to clean and replace the thermal paste, a week after the service was rendered, the laptop began to make a lot of noise and bully from below, this "master" does not give guarantees, so he did not spoil his nerves by clarifying his relationship with him, he took it to a normal service center, where they cleaned out a lot of dust after his "cleaning" and also found that the thermoplastic is of poor quality. I changed the battery in this service. After 2-3 months, the phone stopped working altogether. I took it to a familiar craftsman, he disassembled the phone in front of me and showed that the battery was swollen and pressed on the display so that the display stopped working, whether the cable broke or something else, I don't remember exactly. In addition, we saw that the battery itself is the cheapest copy that can be).
In response to the same review, the organization wrote that there had been a misunderstanding and that their reputation was more important than putting the cheapest spare parts at a high price. So that's why then such a case is not an isolated one?)))))

I handled a floating MacBook defect (the keyboard and trackpad were turned off), the trackpad was replaced for the first time, I paid and everything worked fine for a couple of weeks, but suddenly the problem returned (fortunately they give a 3-month warranty)

Next, a series of identical cycles, where I take the macbook - the trackpad is changed again (under warranty) - everything works for about a week - stops (and so 4-5 times)
.
At some point, these identical and ineffective actions reached a boiling point, the guarantee is about to expire, but nothing new is being done, the problem remains and the money is paid + difficulties with work (macbook is my working tool).
.
After that, I write an angry message and they give me a replacement MacBook PRO fund (it became clear that the approach had been changed), they twisted and turned for a long time, but in the end they replaced the motherboard without additional payment and everything has been working fine for half a year
.
P.S. This was the second SC in the first, the problem was not solved, but here, even if not immediately, they did it and found an approach to the burning client. Now I recommend it to all my friends and thank them for their work.

A sweet liquid got onto the MacBook keyboard, some keys began to stick and function differently when the device was running for a long time. Before contacting the center, I sent the MacBook to another center for cleaning twice, but the problem could not be fixed, there was no effect from cleaning. Definitely the best service center. The guys are professionals in their field, there is a pleasant atmosphere inside the service center, you can pass the waiting time sitting on cozy sofas playing a game console or flipping through business magazines.
This is exactly the service where you will first be asked about the defect, they will try to fix it without mechanical intervention, they will give you good advice, and if they can't solve the problem anymore. They will change the part. (What I saw today (12/01/2021), I came to replace the earpiece on the phone, but it turned out that it was just clogged with dirt (I tried to clean it myself, the dirt was not visible externally) after which the specialist removed it and did not even take money for it, although he could not even delve into the essence problems and simply replace this speaker).
In general, I highly recommend it. Bravo!
