The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to Patong beach 10 minutes, 5 minutes to Jungceylon and Bangla Route, there are many cafes and restaurants in the area with this hotel, that's it! A terrible dirty hotel, they clean up, if you can catch a maid passing by near your room, and ask a hundred times, then the cleaning will be like cleaning, they just threw out the garbage and washed the moles - this is the whole cleaning (in 2 weeks the towels were not changed, the bed linen, too, is all stained, holes) The mirrors are dirty, it was scary to go to the toilet, there were no chairs or a table on the balcony, there was no place where you could dry things, a cockroach ran through the bathroom, the TV did not work (somehow replaced with a work TV) the staff did not care about their guests at all, you will not achieve anything that you will not ask, they pretend that everything is fine and that's the end of the conversation, there is zero customer orientation. But in fact, the whole horror began with the reception, dirty sofas, sagging, were occupied for 2 hours. Music from the cafe, the noise of the road, the neighbors can be heard. Breakfasts are more or less common as in all threes. The pool did not work in 2 weeks. I did not understand what kind of spa and resort this is, it's funny, by God) A ticket to this hell hotel with tickets from Irkutsk cost 90 thousand from one for 2 weeks, according to the photos, initially nothing confused me, reviews of this hotel as everyone has good, there are bad, did not pay much attention.
Yes, of course, you can go to this hotel on fire, but not for the full price.
If you do not want to spoil your vacation, it is better to overpay or consider options for other beaches)

We visited in February 2023. Well, 3.5 out of 5.
Cleanliness is not very good there. Water damage to plumbing fixtures, metal damage. panels in the elevator. And if you go up the stairs to the room, there is a smell from the sewer river. The breakfasts are simple and absolutely identical.
The air conditioner was working fine, a little noisy from the street. But if you're going to Patong, then you only need to sleep in the hotel))). The room was cleaned at 4 a.m. and if you leave a tip, it's fine. There's a small, cool pool in the shade below, and a bigger pool with sun beds on the roof, which is almost never crowded. It is convenient to park the car next to the entrance for the night. There is no view from the windows, the view of the neighboring hotel is window to window.
ps. If someone, like me, is waiting for a price reduction after choosing a hotel, then it's not for nothing, it's not about Phuket, it's not rubber, and as seats on planes and rooms are filled, the package tour becomes more expensive, it's been checked))). This can work with tours to Turkey, Egypt, etc.))

Good afternoon, we stayed at this hotel from 30.01 - 10.02. 2025 with two children. We were moved into a building that is located at the very end of the alley. 2 rooms are terrible, we immediately returned to the reception and asked to change the rooms because they were very tired. We showed them the photos that were shown to us at the travel agency, but they asked us to pay an additional $ 200 for 2 rooms per day, i.e. $2000 for 10 days, we refused. The air conditioning in one room was barely working. However, there was always hot water in the shower. We didn't touch the water at all in the room, went to the store on 7/11 and bought several packages for washing and drinking. The location of the hotel was good - there was a vegetable and fish market nearby, opposite 3 Jungly shopping center, we bought chicken strips with potatoes for 100 baht for children on the 1st floor of the food court, they don't like seafood. Mc Donald's, KFC, Burger King came in periodically. It's a 15-20-minute walk to the sea, but mostly we ordered a Bolt taxi for 4, went to Katu there, the water was cleaner, the water was clearer, and we also took a taxi to the Central Shopping center there, Zara, HM, New Balance, and so on.
We took 3 excursions from Anex:
1 tour - at first the dietary supplements store was delivered, the prices there are high, then crocodile, snake farms and at the end the aquarium in the Central Shopping center the tour cost 1000 baht per person - the children really liked it and it was inexpensive.
2 excursion a 2-day trip to the mainland with a visit to 2 Buddhist temples, monkeys and elephant riding, a floating hotel of 15 cabins, in the evening we brought the Hobbits to the village to spend the night there was dinner, breakfast and back to the island. This tour already cost $200 per person, and $150 per child under 12 years of age.
The 3rd tour was taken to 5 islands of Phi Phi and so on.
Thanks to the excursions, Thailand was seen with others.side🌺 The nature is wonderful, seafood and fruit prices are inexpensive, and the massage is divine! But there is garbage everywhere and in places there is a stink, and a whole quest to cross the road with children is not enough, where the traffic light is working - it's certainly creepy! Overall, we liked fr.Phuket, but will we come again - maybe in 10 years.
