Pushkinskaya 34 7, as a communal apartment. The shower is with the toilet, it's too crowded to turn around, it's a little dirty, there hasn't been a repair for a long time. Who wants to sleep at night, it's not here, the TV was rumbling until 2 a.m. And in general it is not cozy, dark and not comfortable. There is no sign. I did not book a place, but they charged 50 hryvnia more than indicated in the booking. I don't recommend it to anyone.
